A little about me: I’m respectful, loyal, kind, honest, clean, and tidy. I’m easygoing, down-to-earth, and fun to be around, while also appreciating peace and quiet when it’s time to relax.

I live a healthy lifestyle with clean eating, daily yoga, and meditation. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and don’t use drugs or chemicals.

This year I’ll be studying (Animal Welfare) however, I’m financially secure with early retirement and income from Europe. My bills are always paid on time, and I have strong references along with years of reliable tenancy history.

I’ve recently returned to Australia after spending the past few years in Europe (between 2022–2026, I’ve only spent about 6 months in Australia). With the current rental market being so competitive, I think teaming up with ONE other person (40+ preferred — no couples or single parents with kids, sorry) to find a place together is a great option.

✨ What I’m looking to create:
• A quiet, clean, and peaceful home
• Ideally 2 bathrooms (one each)
• A calm, respectful living environment
• Somewhere near the ocean or a creek would be amazing 🤩

👤 Ideal housemate:
• Works full-time outside the home
• Clean, respectful, and easygoing
• No cats (I love them, but for the safety of my birds I can’t risk it)
• A small dog is okay 🐶

My lifestyle:
I’m an early riser and love starting the day with sunrise, breakfast, and time with my two small birds (Aqua & Aura 🐦). Evenings are for winding down, and I’m usually in bed around 9:30–10pm after yoga.

I enjoy spending quality time with the person I live with (Netflix nights are always nice 😊), while also respecting personal space and independence.

I also have a weekly cleaner who takes care of shared spaces at no cost to you.

🚫 Important:
I’m not open to living in a home with smoking, heavy drinking, or drug use.
• This is intended to be a calm, private home, so regular overnight guests/partners aren’t something I’m looking to accommodate

I’m open to teaming up for a 6-month lease to start and see how things go. I can fully furnish the home and cover the full bond if needed.
