Hi there

My friend and I are looking for a room each up to $400pw in one house, we have our own business working seasonally doing window/pressure cleaning, vertimowing and lawn aeration, we usually work until February. We're quite busy and just want to find a place with cool people that wouldn't be very loud until the late hours and it has to have safe parking with a bit of garage space for some small amount of gear.

We both love travelling to different countries often by motorbike and mixing into other cultures, we're both friendly and respectful of others boundaries.

We enjoy hanging out in our off time but I'll be out most days working so will just be around later in the evenings. Looking for somewhere in the northern suburbs close to the coast if possible but am quite flexible with location.
