I am a Very Peaceful, friendly kind & Respectful 56yo Male. no kids, no partner, no exes, super easy to get along with, extremely and genuinely friendly. I am Clean & Tidy.

I, along with my Sweet 102yo little 5.5kg black and white indoor dog Luna, are looking for a Place to live.

I do by my own habits, spend the majority of my time in my bedroom, With little Luna perched on the end of my bed. Which is pretty much her standard position.
Once she knows you are no threat and friendly, she'll seek out neck tickles and pats, and do a special dance when you come home. So a dog lover is a must.

I previously worked in Aerospace Engineering, but due to back problems I'm not on the disability support pension.

Even if you have made a blanket rule of No Dogs, perhaps you're a little more open to one that is actually the size of a small cat, and certainly isn't going to wreck anything, and usually everyone loves her.

I don't think I can find my own place to rent, so I am kinda forced to Get a Room somewhere.

I must Note: I'm retired, I won't be working again, as I have some health issues that prevent it (mainly a back condition), yet I always pay my rent and bills on time and always clean up regularly.. Reference from Rental agent and previous Owner/Sharer available if necessary.

I'm very Friendly, intelligent, a good conversationalist with a broad (if not slightly bent) sense of humour.
I do tend to spend a hell of a lot of time In My own bedroom with Luna, have my own TV , bed, not much other stuff, I like to live simple.
Yet I am actually a very sociable person, up for chat and a drink or a tea/coffee, or can give complete space like I'm not even there.
Furnished would be perfectly fine, not essential though.

My only two must haves, are an Aircon in the bedroom for Cairns summers, and good internet access. A Pool would be an awesome bonus but not essential.
Looking for accom in a friendly , relaxed non stressful environment, not a party house. Although i am quite happy with BBQ's and gatherings from time to time, as I am quite social. I call myself Omnivert, sometimes I want to be social and outgoing, other times I just want to be by myself.
I just want to be around kind decent people that don't attract drama. Home to me, should be sanctuary.
Needless to say, any other occupants need to be dog friendly, kind to animals.
share with no more than 2 others (preferred), if there are other pets it would be good if they were small and friendly, big and friendly could be ok too but my little dog gels better with small dogs, cats are usually perfectly fine , she wouldn't hurt one at all.
Honestly your cat would probably boss her.

I'm just an easy to get along with , funny, intelligent and very peaceful man, sharing with similar would be great.

I always pay my bills on time.
