Welcome, I'm currently looking for two things:

1. SHORT TERM- Quiet Temporary home for 1-8 weeks (from now, just need 5 or so days to get organised and drive up) - I have been travelling for 3 months between leases, am in NSW on the last leg of my adventure and need a base to find a long-term home.
Needs to be quiet, peaceful home - I work from home during the day, and sometimes have a nap; and furnished with a double/queen/king bed.
$250pw incl. bills (also paying storage fees for all my stuff)

2. LONG TERM - 12 months - quiet granny flat/cottage OR 1-2 rooms (FEMALE ONLY HOUSEHOLD) with ample private space. $280-330pw incl. bills.

About me:
I have an online business, and WFH with independent lifestyle.

- No kids, no pets
- Peace of mind with mature, highly-reliable, quiet and considerate tenant
- Rent always on time, bonds fully refunded, excellent references from previous landlords
- Non-smoker, no parties, low visitors, no noise complaints

I’m friendly, self-aware, driven and contribute intentionally to create a positive home environment.

I’m looking for a calm, low-traffic home environment with a strong focus on independence and privacy.

I’m ideally looking for:

- My own space big enough for queen bed + office with own bathroom
- Maximum one other single female housemate who works full time out of the house
- A considerate, independent household / environment
- A quiet, low stimulation environment with few visitors, little TV/noise where peace is valued and prioritised (day spa vibes)
- Clear expectations up front

Will pay bond directly to RTA if you require bond.
Not looking to join a lease in a share house.
Budget $280-330 incl. bills.

I’m selective about the right arrangement to ensure an aligned long-term fit.

Open to trial to see if it's a good fit - I'm currently travelling and everything is in storage - so am living out of a suitcase anyway.
