My name is Joseph Sweeney, and I currently work freelance with some other jobs lined up.
I work weekdays and make roughly $1000 a fortnight after tax and super.

I am 28 years old, fully vaccinated, quite chill and considerate of others.
I like a lot of nerdy or geeky things, but won’t bring them up if no one is interested.
I would probably spend most of my time quietly in my room, but I am still up to chatting and hanging out.

I am quite clean around the house, and don’t typically leave stuff around in common areas
I keep my room clean, it just gets a bit untidy and cluttered before laundry day.
I am absolutely up for doing any housework (bathrooms, kitchen etc.), I just don't like to clean up other people’s dishes, unless of course it was a shared cooking meal.
I do cook, and I tend to clean up my stuff after I have finished eating.

My hobbies includes;
Games – mostly PC and Nintendo games.
I do sometimes casually chat with friends online while playing together, trying to not be loud or chatting past 10pm.
I a more than happy to tailor chatting with friends around any of the housemates schedules, it's more important to make sure im not disturbing anything important.

Music – I do own several guitars and instruments, but only play them plugged into headphones. I don’t own any sound systems either, and only really listen to things through my headphones or quietly through phone speakers.

Food – Love food, love cooking and love exploring and seeing what restaurants are good. Also like to indulge in junk food and candy (probably more than I should).

Allergies:
I am allergic to mothballs, so please let me know if you use them.
Otherwise I don’t have any other medical considerations.

Other notes;
I don’t smoke.
I don’t drink, but am still down to hangout when people do.
I rarely go out/come back late.
I don't have a car and take public transport/scooter to places.
I set my bank account to auto-pay whoever is in charge of the rent money early so I am never late with rent.
