Hey, Im Sam, 25. Im currently living with my father, but things are going to shit again. I suffer from major depression, borderline personality disorder, i have anxiety as well as ptsd. Im looking to share with people who understand, or who in fact themselves suffer from mental illness. I am quiet, tidy and i prefer to keep to myself, although i dont mind a good chin wag. I receive disability support pension so im guaranteed an income. I cant handle living at home and id just like to be somewhere that im accepted, for who i am. I have a dog, he is fully vaccinated and desexed, well behaved, but not friendly with other animals. He loves attention, and if you play ball with him he will be your best friend for life. He loves to swim, chew tennis balls and lay in cardboard boxes (then eat them lol). Anyways, im desperately looking for somewhere, as i do not want to have to give him up. Im comfortable with anyone as long as we all respect one another. Ive exhausted all other avenues, so here i am. Chuck us a message if you think you can help/are interested to meet and we can go from there. Cheers
Hello there, My name is Hamaka and I am looking for a place to stay in Sydney CBD and or surrounding suburbs. About me: ⬛ Maori/Croatian/Irish ⬛ Single: career driven. ▪ Cyclist ▪ skater ▪ long distance runner ▪ muso ▪ book worm ▪ wanderer ▪ prone to losing my train of thought. ⬛ Barista/bartender/sales ◼ I drink on very rare occasions so will likely be writing, hiking, cycyling or skate boarding. I am currently living in Liverpool, Western Sydney, and am staying with friends - I would like to secure a place to stay which is closer to work. I manage a non-for-profit café for a company which manufactures games; Aristocrat technologies. I commute to work each day, which happens to be a 2 hour trio each way. I would like to cut that commute down significantly by moving closer to where I work, haha. I arrived in Sydney 2 weeks ago so am still finding my bearings. I am from a small village in New Zealand located in the Waikato region, specifically, the Coromandel Peninsula; located in the North of the North Island of NZ. I would like to move into a place immediately for then I can comfortably settle into Sydney and start exploring. I treat people the way I would like to be treated, with kindness and respect. I am considerate and empathetic in relation to living in shared accomodation. The peak annoyance will most likely be singing in the shower, haha. I do not rehearse or play any instruments at home for it is too loud and disruptive. I hope that gives you a general idea of who I am. Thank you so very much for your time. Kindest regards, Hamaka Murray
I'm a nursing student and currently working as an undergraduate nurse at the Sydney Adventist Hospital. Needing to move from Newcastle, as at the moment I'm driving back and forth most days. I'm fun, friendly, clean and respectful
I'm a 26-year-old Iranian woman looking for a clean room with tidy and clean flatmates close to the train station (Max 15 minutes walk). I arrive in Sydney only 5 days ago. I look for a professional job.
My name is Fio, I am a full time worker who develops templates in Microsoft Office in Chatswood. My working hours are usual office hours. Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm. I am Peruvian born but have been in Australia for 10 years, so I also consider myself aussie. I am more on an introvert person, so I enjoy my quiet alone time but also enjoy to have the occasional glass of wine while watching TV or just having a conversation. I enjoy reading, on Netflix binges, handcrafting and board games!. Im not too much of a cook but will definitely try and make some peruvian dishes for you to try! I try to stay fit so will go for a run every now and then if you'd like to join me.
I'm a second year student at UTS and need somewhere to live as I'm not able to live with my parents anymore. I have a small dog named Yuki who hardly sheds. I'm happy to live in most places in Sydney as long as public transport to the city is easy enough.
I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. I'll be working full-time in Sydney until at least October 2018. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, drawing, programming, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
I am easygoing, I enjoy cooking very much, I like to hang and chat and be friends with flatmates, but also would appreciate some privacy and times to myself to relax on my days off.
Hello. I'm looking for a new place to live with my little mate Horse (Cat). I've been searching for awhile, but cannot seem to find a place that will take us both in. He is very good around people, not entirely sure just how he is around other animals as he has only ever seen a dog before, but he didn't seem to fussed and spends more time outside than in. Myself, I'm a little rough around the edges, but that's just on the outside. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't party, I seldom have people over and spend most of my time at work. I generally keep to myself, but always up for a chat if the opportunity presents itself. Not really bothered by location, but would prefer it to be within 40-60kms of Lane Cove, closer is obviously more desirable. Also handy with a spanner in my hand and more than willing to help around the house. Looking to move ASAP. Thank you
I'm a full-time student studying education (finishing this year) who works part time in before and after school care so I'm usually home for a few hours during the middle of the day and at night. I enjoy cooking and often babysit on the weekends. I am very self sufficient, clean up after myself, and enjoy spending time with others.
I am looking for some place where I can have a relaxing evening after a long day of work. Love cooking up dishes but have to admit not always the best. I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, even if its just within Sydney... there's always something to see! I like having a quiet night in and just relaxing with a good book or a movie! Not really a messy person! Would like to find a place with flatmates that are relaxed, respectful and Social.
I'm an easy going person. I like to go out and have drinks but I'm not a crazy party animal.. would love to have flat mates that easy going and friendly, and don't mind having a drink. I'm a vet nurse so love animals and have a cat of my own that keeps to herself
Either looking to share a modern 2 bedroom flat with someone or a 3 bedroom and both use the 2nd bedroom as a study/home office. I have until Feb 23 to find another place, but might just find a place and offer the spare bedroom between then. Minimum of 2 bathrooms so we can have one each. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. Happy find a place where I pay higher %age rent for Master Bed + Garage I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
Would you and your housemates like to knock some money off your weekly rent? Have an empty garage or shed that doesn't get too hot or damp? Hi. I'm Jane, I live in my van and work 4 days a week as a bush regenerator all around Sydney. I love to make stuff and at the moment I'm sculpting and working with stained glass. I usually camp out near work and friends, but I'm looking for a little bit of a home base where I can come and go as I please, leave my computer and art space set up and I would like to have use of a kitchen, bathroom, internet and laundry. So I would be kind of like an extra housemate except I would only rent the garage and wouldn't be around that often. I think between $60-$90 a week sounds reasonable but that's totally open to discussion. (I just put $250 so I come up on searches) I'm a respectful and easy-going housemate and looking for the same. If you are interested, call me for a chat!
I am a quiet and clean professional. I work fulltime mon-friday in hornsby with lots of overtime. I usually leave at 7am and wont return until atleast 5pm. When I am at home, I like to be able to just chillout. I am easy going and don't mind a chat or making a new friend, but at the same time I love my space and privacy. I don't mind a drink but when I do i go usually go out with my friends. I am a primary and early childhood teacher. I am tidy and organised and spend a lot of my time at home planning.
I'm a professional working full time at Macquarie Park area. I'm looking for a large nice bedroom within a short walking distance of from Hornsby, Normanhurst, Thornleigh, Pennant Hills, Cheltenham, Beecroft and Epping only. I need a parking space as well. The place needs to be tidy and preferably furnished (not essential though). I don't mind sharing bathroom and kitchen with anyone as long as they are clean and considers others privacy. If I get my own bathrooms that's even better. I am very friendly person. Most of my weekdays I work from 9-5 and relax at home. I'm not a party person. I respect others privacy. I'm open to hangout to my flatmates time to time. I cook a couple times a week, but not like a chef. Lol If you're interested in team up renting out an apartment, feel free to approach me as well. In fact, it will help us to choose our own please and sometimes cheaper too. Looking forward to hear from you. I check my messages all the time, so you'll get a fast response. ☺
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. P.s unfortunately due to work issues, I've had to postpone my move date, although I still welcome any interest. Clare x
