I will be studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a nanny. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a TV and playstation. I have been living out of my parents house in student accommodation for the past few years. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I also love watching tv series like Friends and How I met your mother (I own both of these on boxed sets plus lots of other DVDs!) I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
I am clean and mostly keep to myself before getting to know anyone. I am happy to cook meals for the whole house as well. I am currently looking for work around the Sydney area and I’m original from Bathurst. I’m looking for a place to stay till June 2018
I’m single, 27, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian. I have a car, and currently work part time as a dental nurse. I like a clean, neat & tidy environment & do not party either. Prefer a quiet friendly place.
21, female. Been living in shared accommodation for 2 years. Looking for an unfurnished studio bedroom or granny flat for myself. I pay my rent on time and clean up after myself. I'm not loud. I avoid wasting electricity/using the dryer and leaving lights on (I hate wasting electricity).
Hey my name is Nick, a 27 years old male finance professional. I'm employed full time at a large corporation located at Macquarie Park. I'm very quiet and easy going person. Weekends I prefer to stay at home, cook and relax. I am looking for a flatmate who would be willing to rent an apartment near the Hornsby station. Including myself it would be two people in a two bedroom apartment, preferably two bathrooms. I would like to have a flat mate who is tidy, respectful and very less noisy. Students are welcome if you have a job and show evidence of your financial capacity to pay rent on time. Any questions, feel free to ask. If you're interested, message me with a bit information about yourself. I will get back to you soon. Thanks! 😊
My name is John , I am a student at Macquarie looking in the same areas, this is the first time using this site so not sure how details are shared, I am studying Arts with Science Double major., happy for you to touch base this way is fine. I enjoy keeping fit, and I am normally up early for a run or something, I am looking for relaxing home to make study more comfortable, which takes up most of my time. Friendly, clean and respectful with a sense of humour.
My name is Ashish Kumar, from India, and I have been in Australia since 2015 as a student. I recently graduated from the University of Wollongong and am looking to move to anywhere in Sydney. I was working part-time in Wollongong until last month but now I am looking for a job and an accommodation in Sydney. I am fine with teamups. I would like a clean and tidy place. I am non-smoker and teetotaller. I don't have any pets but I like them, especially cats.
I work full time at late shift in Mount Kuring-gai. I am a very simple person who is easy to get along with. I like my place to be neat and tidy and love to stay at home and watch series/movies at netflix. But I also like going out and have adventures if the weather is fair.
Hey, I'm planning to move to a place closer to my office in Mac Park (working full time in the medical industry). Quiet guy, not a party animal, spending most days working/training in martial arts/freediving. Please let me know if you think I will be a good fit. Arty
I’m a 21 year-old full-time retail worker who’s been paying rent and living in Sydney for over a year now. I’m an active guy and I love the outdoors, so between work and recreation I tend not to be around much. When I do have time, I cook most of my meals and like to think I’m pretty good at it, so there’s a chance you might score a free dinner every now and then :) A big part of my job is cleaning and I like to treat my home like I would my work, so I’m looking for housemates that know how to clean up after themselves and take care of the space they live in. I’ve just come out of a 6 month lease where I wasn’t made to feel very comfortable, and now that I’ve gotten settled in Sydney, my main goal is to find good people, that I not only can live with, but enjoy talking to and being around :) Please feel free to message me if you’re interested, I’m happy to answer any questions you might have!
We are a friendly couple. I work with NAB and Katie is photographer and does some work with bunnings. Most of the time we are in the room netflixing. We would cook for a few days and mind our own business. We also love working out. So if youve got any room or granny flat or studio near those areas, please message me.
Either looking to share a modern 2 bedroom flat with someone or a 3 bedroom and both use the 2nd bedroom as a study/home office. I have until Feb 23 to find another place, but might just find a place and offer the spare bedroom between then. Minimum of 2 bathrooms so we can have one each. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. Happy find a place where I pay higher %age rent for Master Bed + Garage I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere near a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
We are married couple from India and I am working near Macquarie Park and my wife is non-working. Looking for a studio apartment or share accommodation with another family, preferably Indian in near by areas to my office like Epping, North Ryde, Chatswood, Carlingford, Honsby, Waitara, Pennat Hills etc.
