Hi We’re two girls and great friends who are tidy, quiet and yet so lovely in many ways that words cannot describe. We are not a couple, just two friends looking for a place to live. One is a student full time, and the other is a part time student and full time worker. One of us likes to make jams and one loves Netflix a little bit too much. We are after preferably a place to stay, two seperate rooms, for about twelve months as we are new to Sydney and just need a friendly place to stay. One of us speaks fluent French, rusty Spanish and is learning Japanese. The other is a beginner in German, so we speak other languages than just English. We're also open to any lessons that could help improve our vocabulary :) We have cats between us so it must be a pet friendly place, however, they are very clean cats, vaccinated, fully toilet trained, and love a good pat. Due to our seperate study and working commitments, it must be a place near a train line. We are non smokers, non drinkers , non party animals (except for Monopoly) and lovely to chat to.
I’m a Education student at Macquarie University. In 2020 I’ll be in my final year of study! I am clean and quiet, and like to keep myself busy, although I love meeting new people and socialising at the same time :)
I am a mother of 2 years old little girl, I am quiet, clean and easy going, my daughter is sweet, curious and well - behaved. We are looking for a family friendly house to share for a long term, preferably to share a house with a family with young children, so that my daughter will have friends and good accompanies to play with. I have experience of sharing so I know how to get along with housemates. I pay rent and bills in time and am very helpful with house duties. I hope this ad. will lead me to meet a nice family with young children so that we can set up friendship and to co-live for some time. I am also open to take a whole house or apartment to share with a sole parent or family. Thank you!
I am a 23 year old paediatric nurse, looking for someone that won't mow the lawn on night shift sleep days. I'm fairly quiet but can bring alot of energy into a house, flat or home. I'm a clean and tidy person that doesn't mind pitching in to do a little extra when needed.
Hey i am a 28yo australian guy, born in melbourne. I have just moved back to Sydney after working for a few years in QLD. Now all i need is nice house to come home to :) I'm a security systems installater and qualified locksmith working full time, so i work most days. I am a good housemate, used to living with other people, cleaning up after myself, being a respectful and quiet roommate and not partying or drinking except for a social drink if i have someone to accompany me :D - Willing to team up with 1 or 2 people to get lease a 2 or 3 bedroom place. Let me know if you are interested. - Im not a demanding house-mate like you get sometimes, when you cant see them without them starting a conversation about nothing or anything. I know when people want some peace and i hope the same would go for some ever i am living with. But i also have a lot of personality when its needed . Enough about me...
A social person that respects the privacy of those around me. I do enjoy making my friends feel welcomed into the home with the occasional gathering. I will ensure common areas are kept tidy. Working full time. Hoping to find a space with some cool friendly people and create a warmed house! I like indoor plants and will bring them along to add to the atmosphere. Might even bake you a cake on your birthday or a protein slice if you're into that. :)
Hello. Chris and I are looking for our own place: an unfurnished, one-bedroom, long term property with under cover off street parking and a garden. We would also like to be within riding distance to a station. We are clean, neat, respectful and quiet. I am a part-time teacher at Pymble Ladies' College and Chris is a PhD Cognitive Science student at Macquarie University. I work part-time as I volunteer with a number of environmental groups and organisations. Ideally, we would like access to a bit of land to raise chickens and grow our own produce. We are also considering adopting a rescued cat (which we would keep indoors) and/or a rescued greyhound, so it would be great if pets could be considered. We look forward to meeting you!
