I'm a 48 yo single female and have been at my current address for over 8 yrs. During this tenancy, rent was always paid on time, i helped in the maintenance and upkeep of the house and gardens and treated it like it was my own. Unfortunately, the house is no longer available to rent. My current landlord is happy to provide a reference upon request.
I'm a tidy, quiet and considerate person, having lived in shared accommodation for over 10 yrs.
My hobbies include crafts, watching sport, cooking, listening to music, reading and gardening.
I enjoy other people's company but also understand the importance of respect for other people's space/privacy, common courtesy and communication. I am unemployed due to a previous back injury, so spend most of my time at home. Somewhere close to shops and transport would be ideal as i don't own a car.
