I'm a 32 year old photographer/Carpenter who just moved back to cairns from Perth (Originally from London though). I've been travelling for most of my twenties and I've lived in lots of different share houses before in England, Australia and Canada, haven't had any issues with housemates yet.

I'm generally quite a neat/tidy person, I pay my rent on time, I don’t leave dishes out and I don’t cook much so no mess in the kitchen! Other than that, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink all that much, I’m more interested in doing active things around Cairns, like diving, hiking etc. Although after work I can also be an occasional couch potato.

Only issue is I’ve got a cat called stinko. She doesn’t actually smell, its just the nickname my housemates gave her when we found her on the streets. She’s well behaved, occasionally will eat a pair of headphones but won’t cause damage or shed hair everywhere. Happy to pay a pet bond if needed.

I'm looking to stay long term as I'll be applying for my permanent residency soon and staying put in Cairns after that. Let me know if you're interested and I’ll come take a look at your place!
