Looking for someone to board-in in the sharing house around Carlingford - Silverwater road area in Sydney.
Most probably looking for female tenant as we have little baby so consider little bit of noise in the house. You'll be sharing house with a couple in mid 30s and our 5 month old daughter.
It's three bedroom house with ample space around including huge backyard, parking space is available will discuss about usage of it with potential tenant in person. Place is currently unfurnished if you want to bring your own furniture then that's perfect otherwise I'll arrange it for you.
