I am a retired Canadian living in Aus because my son and grandson are here. I work parttime in my own business as a bookkeeper/accountant online. My clients are in Canada so no one comes to call :-). I volunteer full time at the op shop on Williams Street in Coolum where I am also involved in an overseas project that takes me to Cambodia 4- 6 times a year. I would love to have a home base here on the Sunshine Coast. I have lived with my son for the past 2 years but need to be on my own now. I am quiet, respectful, clean, non smoker and financially able to pay required rent.
