Hi It’s Vannis!

I am planning to move out before mid-November and move into areas outside the city. Move-in date is flexible, but preferably before 11th of November. Budget is flexible within reason as well. Ideally would need a room large enough for a double bed and a double monitor working desk, as I work from home 2 days a week.

I am a relatively quiet young man who invests his time in fitness and his career. I can be social but generally would prefer to have a peace of mind. So even if I have a friend over, you needn’t worry about noises. I am very clean and organised and would expect at least a reasonable level of tidiness in the house.

I am a full-time accountant and I worked in hospo for a decade before moving into accounting. I love dining out, going to the gym, the beach, taking road trips, camping and playing AFL Max with my small amateur team.
