Heyo.
I'm now one of the lucky people having to find a place to live in the near future ✌️ as the landlord has decided to finally begin renovations. (I've been living here for the last 6+ years)
Had some amazing housemates and I won't lie.. some dodgy ones.

Always kept on top of the bills, as they were in my name.

I'm an artist, have some study. I worked many many years as a kitchenhand barista.. and actually know how to maintain a kitchen, looking for a new rental home with the right people to settle into so I can figure out work and study this year.

I keep to myself unless needed, though gosh who wouldn't like a banter here and there. I love a reasonable and rational routine etc around house chores.

I'm just seeking a nice place to live with good hearted people that don't take advantage, are on the level, no mess arounds. Somewhere I can feel safe, go to work or study etc. (like pay bills on time and just live)

***I do smoke tobacco rollies OUTSIDE only and pretty pedantic about keeping the ashtray clean as well as making sure no windows are open. (So a considerate smoker I suppose.. 🤷)***

I've lived in various places since my early 20's with all different ages and people.
Pretty welcoming kind of person I hope.. just wary of bad eggs out there.

Oh and if you have a furbaby housemate that would be handy (I wouldn't mind having to clean litter trays/taking them for walks hahaha...)
