Long time separated but only recently moved out of my family home now looking for suitable space to call my own.. I'm medically retired from my career job but do work for myself doing property maintenance. I have a 6 mth old dog, kelpie X, so will need a fenced yard. I think I'm easy to get along with, definitely aware and appreciative of other peoples space and privacy and would expect the same in return.
