Hello!! I am 32 years old, and looking for a private room in a share house or a studio apartment or a 1 bedroom unit, on Gold Coast/yatala or any regional suburb between GC and Brisbane.
Signing a tenancy agreement - RTA is a must. I am flexible with move in dates. My budget is upto $250/week including bills for a room.

I work in hospitality. Need to wake up early at 3-4AM, hence need a quiet, no party house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Also a house without any pets.

I am a neat and clean person, who likes to have small chats here and there (an introvert), mostly work and stay in my room and keep to myself. I respect and appreciate privacy.
I cook and have a lot of kitchen stuff, so a place with big kitchen and enough storage space is ideal.
