Kate and Kaz

We are two 30-something gals looking for a new home on the Sunny Coast.
We currently live in Kawana but we are eager to live north of the river. Mount Coolum, Coolum beach or Peregian Springs is the dream. Preferably 3 bedroom, 2 bath. For a team up we would get a 4 bedroom place.
Kate is a primary school teacher who has been working in Steiner schools over the past few years. She loves anything outdoors: hiking, swimming, camping and can often be found humming a tune or two. She has lived in many rentals and share houses. Loves a clean, clutter free home and works hard to keep it that way.

Kaz has two senior cats who spend most of their time lazing about. In her spare time Kaz enjoys being out in nature exploring and spending time in the sun at the beach. Clean, tidy, respectful. Working full time. Happy to provide references.
We both love to cook and enjoy sharing a meal from time to time. We are hoping to find someone with similar interests, enjoys a good chat, clear communicator and is eager to create a home rather than a spot to lay your head.
