Hi, I’m Tim. I’ve been living in the Illawarra/Shoalhaven for the past four years. I’m looking for a quiet, tidy home close to TAFE, the 55 route, or the train station. I’ll be returning to TAFE this year to continue my Cert III in Engineering Drafting.
I’m a clean, respectful and easygoing person who enjoys a calm household. I’ve previously worked as a telecommunications rigger, composite boat builder, and spent years sailing professionally in Australia and overseas.
I’m active, cook fresh meals, and keep shared spaces neat. I have strong rental references from previous landlords and value a home where everyone respects each other’s space.
