Hi, I’m Tim McIntyre—an easygoing, mature-aged student starting my Diploma in Engineering Drafting at Wollongong TAFE in February. I was raised in the Southern Highlands and now have relocated to Wollongong. I’m looking for a peaceful, well-located home near the beach and TAFE that supports both study and a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve lived and worked across Asia, Europe (especially France and Spain), and the US. I will bring a respectful, grounded approach to shared living. I’m currently working on a creative environmental project which blends travel, photography, and storytelling—so I spend a lot of time editing, writing, and curating.
I live a healthy, active lifestyle: I enjoy ocean swims, cycling, and going to the gym. I also love cooking fresh meals and keeping shared spaces clean and calm. I believe in contributing to a positive household vibe—sharing chores, respecting quiet time, and enjoying the occasional chat or dinner together.
