Hi there,
I'm an apprentice of carpentry 34yo male from Japan.
Since the present accommodation is going to be renovated totally soon, I'm looking for a room or self-contained accomodation like Granny flat, studio around Central south of Adelaide.

At that moment, while working as part-time, going to TAFE 3 days each week until April. Then supposing to start FIFO role (2:1) of the current job.

Outside of job, always training JiuJitsu and heading for outdoor adventure so not much in house but always my pleasure to interact with housemates while respecting each private and life.

No smoking, No drugs but happy to grab drink for socialising.

Ideally Room has Wifi, A/C but don't need to get furnished.

Can provide few references from the present and former homeowners, so if anyone here looking for good housemate, please let me know 🙏
