Chethana and Lochi

Hi there! We are a friendly, easy-going couple in our early 30s making the move from Hobart to Perth in late June to start our Masters degrees. For the past several years, we’ve been running our own Airbnb management business, which we’ll be continuing to manage remotely while we study. Because of our background in short-term rentals, we’ve developed a real "eye for detail" and a naturally high standard of cleanliness. We truly love keeping a home tidy and well-maintained, and we treat every place we live in with a lot of respect and care.
Between our studies and our work, our days will be pretty full, so we really value a peaceful and relaxed environment to come home to. We’re non-smokers and non-drinkers who lead a quiet, healthy lifestyle, and we’re definitely more about a cozy night in with a good book than a loud party. We’ve lived in shared houses before and are very mindful of others’ space and boundaries, but we’re also always up for a friendly chat or sharing a coffee in the kitchen.
In our spare time, we love getting outdoors and exploring nature, and we’re big animal lovers too, so we’d be more than happy to share a home with pets! We are looking for a calm, tidy space where we can settle in and focus on our studies, and we’d love to find housemates who value a similar relaxed atmosphere.
