I’m on the lookout for a room or a studio anywhere between the south Gold Coast/ northern rivers

About me:
I’m 30, originally from Tassie but have been living in the area for approx 7 years. I’m social and always down for a chat, but I also love my quiet/down time to recharge. I work full time as a support worker and am studying art therapy.

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful housemate who loves a space that feels homey, tidy and relaxed. I have a 7 year old grey kitty who can be purely indoor/ outdoor depending on the owners preference. She’s super friendly and doesn’t do much but laze around.
Storage space would be a huge bonus.
Budget: up to $500 a week
I have excellent rental references and have had my own leases the last 7 years.
