I have outgrown my temporary digs in Chippendale - corporate landlord has rented the rooms to mostly 20 somethings but I'm well into my 30s now, so I'm looking for a new place.

I have shared houses both on the lease and off for over a decade. I usually work a white collar job in the city early to late, but am off work for the moment. My life is fairly quiet - I'll sometimes go out late with friends or play basketball. I am happy to fit into the right situation - I know how to be respectful and I'm pretty safe bet as a housemate.

I would like to find something long term, but I am willing to take a temporary place while I am still sorting out my work.
