Hello!

I moved to Sydney a few years ago and am looking for a new place to stay. I work in Macquarie Park so somewhere around there or in the North West Sydney region.

I keep to myself mostly as I'm usually working on things after work or just relaxing, but am always willing to lend an ear or have a chat/meal/coffee if my housemates want to socialise.

I'm looking for a place that has off-street parking, and I tend to spend time on weekends with my partner so would be nice to stay in a place that is okay with having partners over (when she comes over we might spend time in the kitchen but other than that we'll be out or watching movies in my room or whatever).

I like cleanliness so would be nice to have a clean housemate. Willing to share things as long as I am asked and will reciprocate. Budget is flexible, give or take ~$30.
