I am well traveled, Single Indian Male, 43 IT project manager working with a reputed firm here. I am looking to move to Sydney from Melbourne by end of January.
Preferences:
1. Independent Apartment / Studio
2. Max Budget upto 800 / Week (All Inclusive)
4. Private Bathroom
6. I work from home frequently, however do have a full time job
7. Well Traveled and have experience in living in shared accommodation
8. Very Organized and tidy and prefer my house mate to be the same
9. Always looking for new friends , very easy going and liberal
10. Move-In Date :01st Feb
11. Location: Sydney CBD, Coggee (closer to the beach), Manly (closer to the beach)m North Sydney, Crows Nest, St. leonards
12. no Fixed term contracts preferred , however i am flexible and reliable
