I am a 67 years single woman and looking for a room in a share house, granny flat or apartment for a long term lease on the ground level. Fully furnished or unfurnished room is required with wardrobe. Preferably inclusive of bills but can share bills with housemates if need to. Preferably near bus stop or town. I am tidy, quiet and respectful but am up for a friendly chat with other housemates. And sometimes keep to myself at times and will not invade your privacy. I am a Christian and I attend church a few times a week. I love to bake and cook and can share extras with you, friends and neighbours. My hobbies are reading, crochet, knitting and sewing. Likes to watch Netflix.
And I will have a carer who is able to come and clean the kitchen bathroom toilet and lounge fortnightly or weekly.
