I'm a professional female seeking a lovely, harmonious living environment.
I work full time so desire a positive and peaceful space when arriving home to restore :)

SEEKING UNFURNISHED ROOM via either of the two below scenarios:

1 - My own independent dwelling, such as 1bed unit, granny flat, etc
Budget Neg

OR

2 - Share arrangement, own room must have own bathroom/ensuite (not shared with anyone at any time).
Bonus if a second room is available for my yoga practice etc but not necessary of course.

Budget: Flexible in accordance with what's on offer.

Timeline: I can be flexible with both the stay duration and move-in date so happy to discuss what might work.

Must haves: Non-smoking
Note: I can only live with asthma friendly small dogs.

My values are respect, kindness, empathy and live a healthy & active lifestyle, am vegetarian, spiritual, love nature, hiking camping, beach, music and sometimes teach yoga at Woombye (FB at The Yogi Recovery).

As I'm a creative, I like to keep a stylish and extremely clean and organised home so seeking a fresh and clean home.
