Work/Hobbies:

- Mad Paws walker - I only work with dogs & volunteer with Home for Huskies. I don't have pets.
- Board games, conventions, collectibles, reseller
E.g. Warhammer, HeroQuest, Cancon.
- Steady secure income from DSP & DVA.
- Not a homebody, only requiring a quiet roof
over my head & bed or I can provide my own camping mattress, I prefer to live minimalist.
- Non-smoker.
- Non-drinker, barely drink only special occasions
- Not a party animal but not anti-social either.

Mature, independent, quiet & respectful. I Buy my own groceries, I cook reasonable times of day, I don't use heaps of spices I keep a clean diet. I'm courteous e.g. I use exhaust fans when cooking house doesn't stink. Clean up after myself, & willing to chip in with daily/weekly chores, &/or keep my space clean & tidy. I maintain a high level of hygiene, especially considering I work with clients dogs, & having a beard.

I'm reliable paying rent, bills, bonds & have a clear rental ledgers. I understand tenancy law, a good consistent rental history.
Stable Income (Dept Veteran Affairs & DSP).

- I've lived with pets, I understand responsibility of looking after dogs.

- No preference for male or female flatmates I've lived with both, not into disturbing anyones peace, space or privacy.

- I'm only there to sleep or occasionally socialising when you want to meet.

- Comfortable single straight male, no excess baggage, no ex-wives, kids, anything to cause disharmony.

- I would prefer to share with a maximum of 1-2 others, so this would take into account a friendly/respectful couple even though couples not necessarily my preference.

- I would prefer bills inclusive, no bond to save headaches, but happy to pay bond to RTBA.

- Prefer own bathroom but not essential as long as kept clean, this is the reason for my preference for a low number of flatmates to share with &/or multiple bathrooms to minimise any potential for arguments.

- Kitchen is a must that it's kept clean & tidy out of courtesy for others using it, Dishwasher &:dryer are handy but not essential,

- Access to aircon, fans & are a necessity if home is stuffy or potentially warm, just for comfortable living.
