Full-time highschool teacher looking for a place near a train station (max 5 min walk), preferably in Parramatta, Westmead, Auburn. I'm looking for a fully female household or a studio apartment. Strictly no males living at the location please! But happy to discuss if it's just guests coming to visit :D

I like my privacy and I am generally a home-body. Therefore I'm looking for a fully furnished room. The good news is I basically live inside of my room and only really leave for food and/or to leave the house for work :)

My must-haves are:
- A private room with a lock
- Private/ensuite bathroom
- Bed (sheets and pillows not required)
- Desk and chair (or at least space for them so I can bring my own in)
- Air con is highly preferred
- Wardrobe
- Laundry machine within the flat or building

Interests: Video games, music, food. Happy to talk about any of these, or just life in general. Otherwise, happy to keep a friendly distance if you'd prefer doing your own thing.
I don't smoke, I have no pets, I have no children, so don't worry about me bringing noise and headaches to your household.

Late-night noise:
It might be best if I am up-front about my habits, so I will let you know that I do like to leave in the middle of the night for a maccas run on the occasion, but I am mindful of doors opening and closing creating noise so I try to be as discreet as possible. Same with my 3am gaming sessions, I try to keep all the clicking and yapping to a minimum at those hours but I am extremely approachable about any noise, so feel free to approach me directly if there's any issues!
