Hey I'm Jack!

I'm a relaxed person who loves a good chat and watching TV - mostly sport but anything is good. But when I get to relax, I usually keep to myself and chill in my room :)

But saying that... I'd love someone to who prefers watching sport over anything else when chilling out in the lounge.

Working from home when I can (I have a minor intellectual disability) so you'll barely know I'm home as I'll work from my room - or lounge if nobody else is home.
Otherwise I rest as much as I can and love peace and quiet :)

**IDEAL PLACE: Large room which would fit queen bed and recliner OR granny flat / studio room - but flexible!**

I'm clean around the house and will do whatever is asked of me when I have the energy.

Air con a massive need too.

I'm easy going and able to get into pretty much anything.

Non-smoker/drug user but not judgemental of others for their choices. Preferably no smoking indoors though :)

Last 5 years: 2 years in a private rental (have all documentation and references); 3 years with 3 others in a sharehouse.

Looking for 12 months accommodation but preferably indefinite.
