I have a minor intellectual disability so I am home all of the time but quiet helps my condition so you'll barely know I'm home.

Otherwise I rest as much as possible.

I don't have the energy to cook so will never make a mess BUT I always clean up after myself.

NON NEGOTIABLES:
- Large room (granny flat/studio would be IDEAL)
- Air Conditioning in my room
- Ensuite or own bathroom with spacious shower
- No party houses
- No smoking/drug houses

Last 5 years: 2+ years in a private rental (have rental ledger and references).

Have NEVER missed a payment.

Looking for 12+ months accommodation but preferably indefinite.
