Hi Everyone,

I am looking for an unfurnished whole place, 1bdrm Granny Flat or any 1bdrm rental. I am happy to share with one other person, preferably a female.
Budget $350 - $400 all costs inclusive and depending on living quarters.
If suitable I would stay 6+ mths if permitted, but can be flexible to suit.
I do have my own furniture and goods, (but would sell most and put other into storage if needed).

I am single mature female, non smoker, no pets. Have a relaxed, no stress, easy going attitude. I get on with different age groups and nationalitys.
I am honest, reliable and friendly, with a good sense of humour and get along well with those that are similar. I've learnt to laugh at life to ease hard times. I enjoy a social drink, chat and like to be in the company of friendly people and social groups. I cook different meals, but as I've lived alone I can choose to cook or not. But I like to cook and share meals when required with my son and family who live in Tewantin or my close friends.

I do enjoy my own private quiet space and my own company too, but I do enjoy other company, chats and social get-togethers with meals and drinks.
I tend to live a quieter life now, but do like to go out as well if an opportunity occurs or enjoy quieter evenings at home watching movies or reading.

I like joining social groups and dance exercise classes to spend time with fun people of similar tastes. I enjoy staying healthy and active, and love being outdoors walking on trails, by rivers, lakes and I love walking the beaches.

I enjoy being out on the water in boats, swimming, snorkeling and other aquatic interests. I'm a healthy eater, love my vegies, fruit, cheese, savoury foods, sourdough breads and lots more. I'm English, so love my cups of tea! But I also love a glass of wine, bubblys or Tequila! I'm not much of a meat eater, but love fish, raw fish (sushi), all seafoods really.

I'm an accredited qualified licenced Austswim Instructor and teach swim classes at aquatic centres and in private with one-on-one swim tutoring with children and adults.

I would like a long-term private rental or a share, and have an excellent rental history and reference contacts.

I've lived on the Gold Coast 25 yrs with businesses, then moved to live on the Sunshine Coast. I enjoy living nearer the beach where possible and close to my family and friends. But flexible in different living styles and locations.

I am clean, tidy and organised, and hoping to find an affordable clean, safe place to live with a similar person or by myself if I can afford to.

I'm easy going, friendly, respect the space of those around me and get along well with children, adults, older citizens and different animals and pets.

I have a background in swimming, retail sales, marketing, security and loss prevention, gold mining and hospitality.

I have excellent rental references and housesitting references from RE agents, private landlords, home and property land owners. As I have also done a lot of housesitting, I have good references from owners.

I am looking for a clean, safe affordable semi furnished or unfurnished granny flat or 1 bdrm flat that is roomy for my own furniture and household goods, or a share with one female in her home.

I will be available to move into a suitable place at the end of June when my lease ends July 4th 2026.
