I’m an open and friendly full-time student moving to Brisbane/Gold Coast in mid-January. I’ll also be working part-time.
I’m looking for a clean, respectful shared house or studio with caring housemates who value communication, shared responsibilities, and a positive living environment. Ideally I’m after a 6–12 month lease with the possibility of staying longer if the fit feels right.

Calm, mature and easy to live with
I prioritise cleanliness and naturally clean as I go, but also understand that a periodic, deeper clean is necessary when living with others.
I’m social when it’s natural, but I also very much value privacy and alone time
Occasional social drinker, and non-smoker
Happy to live with pets (though I don’t have any myself)
