Hi I'm Jean-Louise. I'm currently working in academia and finishing my PhD.

I value home and especially my room as a sanctuary to wind down. I'm usually pretty tired during the week when I'm at home and am usually relaxing and getting ready for an early night. I'm up for communal meals every now and then and a friendly chats but also value privacy.

I'm also often quite busy with hobbies that I love, at the moment I'm really into surf livesaving, pottery and yoga.

Keen to find a housemate that also values a clean and homey space and similarly values hanging out and alone time. I'm also always open to chatting about living preferences and making sure the space feels like home for all of us :)

My listing currently says 9 months as I'm unsure where I'll be working in 2027 but I know for certain that I'll be keen to be in Newy until Jan 2027 and will reassess closer to then with heaps of open communication and transparency with those I'm living with!
