Mature Health Professional Seeking Long-Term Sanctuary ( I am open to two possibilities Private Studio or Premium Share )

​About Me: Hi there! Current end lease landlord is selling property unable to stay on. Mature healthy, and independent professional female who is seeking a clean, peaceful, long-term space to call home. I work a secure, long-term role in the health and wellness field, leading a busy and grounded life.

​I value a quiet, harmonious environment. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker who prioritizes health, meditation, golf, and nature walks. I do enjoy my own space and live with total respect and consideration for others.

​What I am looking for: Am ready to move current lease ended 27th July. I have to vacate by the 12th of September. Would love a space where i could possibly do couple days work from home in natural healing, though am flexible with that. Small amount of storage space would be appreciated.

​An independent space: A private studio, low-level granny flat, or small unit OR
​A premium share: A shared house (ideally w my own ensuite) a maximum of one other flatmate. Equally happy to socialize when our schedules may align with respecting each others privacy and personal space at the same time.

​Budget: Happy to talk it through.

​Furnishings: Unfurnished (I have my own bed and bedroom furniture and high-quality household items)

​Parking: Off-street parking for a small, reliable car.

​The Extras: No pets, no smoking, no drinking excellent rental history, and absolute financial reliability. I treat wherever I live like my own home.
