My name is Mike. I am originally from New Zealand and have been living in Australia since September 2019. I am self-employed and run 2 successfull businesses which keeps me busy 5–6 days per week.
I am a reliable, responsible, and financially stable tenant who takes pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised living environment. I am respectful of other people's privacy, property, and shared spaces, and I always make an effort to be considerate and easy to live with.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching sports, relaxing at home, and socialising with housemates when the opportunity arises. I appreciate a friendly household atmosphere while also respecting everyone's personal space and independence.
