I'm a Brazilian girl, tidy, kind and looking for a place to study and chill. ;) I've been living in Gold Cost for 1 year. I'm into yoga, readings, drink wine (but not a party person at all) and watch tv. Looking for a place to share experiences and feel as at home.
Hi! We are two professionals (event managers) from Scotland coming over to Australia to work on the Commonwealth Games. We are friendly, sociable and easy to live with. We will be at work during the week and will be out exploring the Gold Coast during weekends. We are looking for 2 separate rooms in a house share with other young professionals. Ideally close to public transport or within cycling distance to shops etc. and able to get to the office in Ashmore. We can move in pretty much any time in October, preferably the first or second week and we are looking to stay until roughly the end of April 2018, so 6.5 months at least - maybe a few weeks more. Please get in touch if you have a suitable property or would like to know any more information or have questions :) Thank you!
Hey there, I am looking for an fun and friendly share house / apartment to join. I enjoy cooking good food, travelling, and generally hanging out with friends ect. I take pride in my home and have always got on well with my housemates, if not become great friends! I do enjoy down time at home during week and mostly out and about on weekends, looking forward to meeting you!

Hi all and thanks for reading (its long, sorry!). I am only interested in TEAM UPS - thank you very much if you would consider me for your available room but please don't contact unless, after reading the below, your specifically wanting to team up and look for a place together (sorry). About me. * I'm a full time long term federal public servant currently working out of offices in Southport. My job isn't going anywhere so ability to pay is not an issue. * Why do I want to share? Honestly can I afford $500 - $600 to live alone, yes, but can I reasonably justify that to myself? Nope, it makes no sense and I am NOT buying on the coast so here I am. * I know virtually nobody here on the GC so I don't have visitors around and at 51 years old I think it goes without saying parties are not an issue. * I moved from Tassie about 3 years ago when newly became single (which continues) so yes its just me. * Nowadays its the quiet life I crave, weeknights its just home after work and weekends I visit family and try and get out and about to explore the GC. * I don't smoke, I do enjoy a beer watching the footy or sometimes after work or at the pub but I don't drink to excess - those days are gone. * I cook, I clean. What am I looking for in a Team Up? * Well, I'm 51 so someone 35+ years would make sense I suppose. * I'm looking for a longer term situation 1 year plus. * I think that female would make sense for balance in the house however I don't really know so willing to look at any situation. if your a couple I am not sure that would work. If your a single person with 1 child (full time or shared) then that's no big deal at all. * I would like someone to go on a lease with me and pay their share of bond etc only because you then have a vested interest in keeping the place in good order. I have no issue organising power/gas/internet/Foxtel? in my name if you prefer. * If your not working full time in a job that you have some history in and is ongoing then I would be uneasy in signing up with no solid future (well, as solid as you can get nowadays) however I understand that every situation is different so lets chat! * I'm an "early to bed early to rise weekdays" so it would be great if your not a night owl every night during the week. * I have no preference if the place is furnished or not. What I don't have I can buy (or you may have what I don't) or if needed I can leave what I do have where I am living now. * As much as I miss my puppies in Tassie, not really sure a pet friendly place would be possible in the areas I am looking at within walking distance of work - however if you do have a puppy and we did happen to find a suitable pet friendly place then I would have no issue with having a puppy around the place. I am in no hurry to move from where I am currently so would only do so with the right person to the right place. I would love to leave the car at home and wak to work most days and a 45 min walk is no big deal so given i am working out of Southport CBD that gives you some idea of what location I am looking for and why however I have lived for 18 months between Surfers and Broady and loved it so would consider that too. Date can be anytime from now onwards! Thanks for reading and please get in touch via the messaging on Flatmates. Peter
Hi, we are Anthony and Bethany, a couple from the UK. We are looking for a private room to rent short term for roughly 2-3 weeks from the 28th september. (Dates slightly flexible). Ideally a fully furnished room would be perfect, however as long as the room has at least a bed & a mattress we would be fine! Anthony is 27 and works in construction. Bethany is 24 and is working in admin. We both work full time so are out all day Monday - Friday. We enjoy the gym after work through the week and on a weekend we enjoy going for food, a couple of drinks and sightseeing! We would consider ourselves quiet, clean and respectful flatmates, who are very friendly and up for a chat but also like keeping ourselves to ourselves generally through the week after work. Please give us a message if you think you have a room suitable, we look forward to hearing from you. :)
Hey, I'm Aimee, I'm 28 and looking for a room with an ensuite or private bathroom on the Gold Coast for less than $300 per week with bills included. I'm a tidy and quiet person generally. To be sharing with one other person who also works or studies and keeps the living spaces clean would be ideal. I don't have OCD lol though I do like to keep the kitchen and lounge immaculate. I'd like to live with someone I get along with and can have some fun with. Happy to do my own thing and be social from time to time. If we become good friends, I'd be pleased :) I don't have any pets or children and won't have visitors over very often. Realistically I was thinking 6 months however that could turn into a 12 month or more arrangement possibly. I have a bed, bedside table, tallboy and dinning table with chairs. I could probably store the dinning table elsewhere if need be. I would prefer a non-smoking environment but I do not have an issue if you like to smoke outside on occasion. I do try to keep healthy and active. If you have any questions, would like to know more or have a place that would suit, feel free to contact me :)
I am currently living on the Central Coast, NSW, I'm wanting a fresh start and I think the Gold Coast would be a great place for it. I'm 20 years old and a 3rd year apprentice plumber. I'm a genuine, honest and clean bloke that likes to have fun. I would have to say my hobby would probably be going out and socialising, adventuring and discovering new places, meeting new people. I'm in no rush to move, unless the opportunity arises, it could be next month or it could be late next year. Im open minded to anything and it wouldn't matter if it was group sharing or just the two
Hi 29 yr old Male from NZ Looking to move to Burliegh Heads or a suburb close by for at least the next 6 months. Will be working full time Mon - Fri so pretty quiet during the week and like to get out active on the weekends and socialize a bit. Easy going respectful flatmate, I like to live in a clean and tidy space so always try to keep it that way. I'm doing a little travel in Europe at the moment but would like to secure a place before I fly in on the 20th of Oct. Any length of stay is fine doesn't need to be the full 6 months

I'm quite active by nature. I would really like to live somewhere that has access to a hot spa! Hehe. I don't have any pets, but i'm good with them. I have plenty of good references from previous housing.
Hi! I'm Sibylle (Nickname: Billie) a 22 year old international student from Germany, trying to find new cool people and a nice accomodation for the next 3 months+. I've come to Australia 2 years ago, when I decided to take a break from my engineering studies in Germany and to go on the adventure: Backpacking in Australia! Long story short: I completely fell in love with this country, decided to delay my German comeback for a little bit more and to study over here. This was in September last year, where I lived together with about 8 other people in a nice bungalow in Broadbeach Waters. After a couple of months we decided to move closer to the beach and ended up in the beautiful Nobbys Beach, where I realised, that being close to the beach is something I don't want to miss again. I like going to the gym and being healthy, which goes along very well with my love for cooking. Apart from that, I like to skate, do rock climbing, poker and to play piano (don't worry, it's an e-piano, so you won't hear anything unless you want to ;) ). I could now list every single positive attribute about myself, which you've probably already read over and over again in every ad today, but because I'm a girl with a little bit more to get to know to than just a simple copy and paste, I suggest, we should get to know each other face to face. What's important to me: - It has to be clean - private bathroom - room furnished with bed - it really has to be clean ;) - good public transport (I don't have a car) I will be mostly away Monday-Friday, working up in Brisbane but I do like to become friends with my housemates, too. :) I have my life together and expect that from my housemates, too. ;) So, if it's the first time, that you are living in a flatshare or you can't keep your stuff clean, then don't message me, please. I'm past my wild years of dirty dishes and filthy bathrooms and am now a busy person, who doesn't want to deal with this kind of stuff anymore. ;) Sorry to be so upfront, I hope, you understand and appreciate it. :)
