Definitely the geeky/nerdy type so a fast internet connection with lots of (if not unlimited) data would be great. Even though I'm a bit of a geek, I get on well with all kinds of people. I'm relatively tidy and like to keep communal areas hygienic and clean. I'm fairly quite, although sometimes I'm up late gaming online, so I try to do my best to not be too loud. I enjoy watching (ok binging) series on Netflix as a group activity. More a cat person than a dog person, but I really don't mind. Moving to the Kingscliff area (or surrounds) so that I may undertake a Tafe course starting in July. I already have a degree under my belt, but I need more workplace based experience. Also my move date is flexible. That was just an estimate. Would prefer to stay in NSW too, but willing to move to the Gold coast of need be.
Hello, my name is Shannon I'm polite, friendly, reliable, and easy to get on with and can pay rent on time and bond :] I’m currently living in Brisbane I’m originally from Newcastle NSW I am currently looking for accommodation place to rent an apartment in the city or around the city and also looking around the gold coast near trains transport etc to go into Brisbane city. That is permanent accommodation so am looking forward to finding a place to stay as soon as possible, As it by myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. Preferably a place near transportation services (buses, trains, etc). I can pay rent and bond straight up in advance, however, I have not rented before (apart from off of my own mother, as I paid fortnightly to stay in her home). so please give me a chance I do not have any rent experience as I never rented before with real estates, property owners nor landlords etc. I move out of home to become independent, meet new friends, socialize also it will be a bonus if you are in the gym as I’m in need of a gym you can be my Gym partner :D haha I'm fine with that. I need to work out since my goal is to lose weight (as I do have a belly) I currently seek benefits/Centrelink I get paid $810 a fortnightly however once I moved into a place that I like or is suitable for me :] I be looking to do Part-time work or do something that I’m into. or that interest me I have a consistent income and can contribute generously and reliably to rent. i can provide my income or bank statements to prove that I get paid and can pay rent on time and don't miss a pay haha I'm looking forward to meeting you. we can meet in person before anything to see If I get along with you and you get along with me so we both are comfortable :] I'm down to earth a lot of people tell me and very cheerful and kind if I the right person you want to live with please hit me up a message or text me I try my best to get back to you as soon as possible I have been looking for a place for awhile Looking forward from hearing from you Thanks, Shannon :D
Not just looking for a roommate/Teamups, but mostly looking for someone easy going, down to earth and ready to interact etc. I don’t really want to live with someone that always wanna keep to themselves aha I need someone I can trust and at the same time grow up to become best buddies. Like don’t get me wrong I understand personal space so I’ll give you that when necessary, but I’ll also annoy you sometime😂I know when to stop tho so don’t worry. Anyways with that said; I’m moving down to the Goldie for various reasons some such as; Football/Soccer, Acting, Dancing ect I’m very interesting to be around with so if you’re ever feeling down I’ll always be there for ya ( ride or die). I’ll happily talk myself up, but I suggest you find out yourself by asking me anything and I’ll try my best to give you an answer. No promises😜 P. S moving date is flexible

I have recently moved to Australia from Scotland on a working holiday with my boyfriend Declan on a years working visa. I am 24 and work in a restaurant/bar so work long hours and Declan is 26 and a security systems engineer so spends most of his days commuting between here and Brisbane. Our lease for our current house is up on the 4th of June, so we would be looking to move in around about then. We would be looking at renting for 2 months as we are leaving the Gold Coast on the 23rd of July. We both enjoy socialising and going for meals but also enjoy staying in and having a quiet night. We are both active and enjoy going to the gym/swimming when possible. We are tidy to live with and will do our bit around the house. We have stayed with two couples before so are respectful of other peoples space but also live well amoungst others. Own bathroom and a furnished room is preferred, although we wouldn't mind a shared bathroom as we have done so in the past. Please let us know if you have anything available!
Hi, I am Victoria! I will be moving to the Gold Coast from Canada in August on a working holiday visa. I am looking for a private room in a shared house/apartment with a few roommates. I like making new friends! I like to live in a clean, organized place and am a non-smoker. I am reliable and will be working during my time in Australia. I am looking to get the most out of my experience and am looking for flatmates who are adventurous and outgoing. I like to go to the beach, hang out with friends, go to the gym, spend time outdoors, and have a drink or two on the weekend with friends.
Hi, I’m twenty one and I study full time, although currently in between jobs I have a fortnightly income. I’m outgoing, respectful of other people’s privacy. I’m clean and easy to live with! I would be hoping for a non shared room and available to move in ASAP
Hi, I’m Dani! I’m an American moving to Australia July/August. I’m looking for a furnished room in a house/apartment with a few people to live with. I love meeting new people and making new friends! I recently graduated from University with a degree in fashion design with a minor in studio art and, am hoping to find work in Fashion. I also have bartending experience and that could come in handy as well. I’m really chill and like to hangout, I like going to see live music, going to the beach, getting a drink or two, and really just going with the flow of things. I’m clean, tidy, easygoing, and respectable.
I’m a pretty laid back brit who is working here full time. I work quite a few hours so enjoy a relax when i get home. On my days off i tend tk go out most days, wakeboarding, surfing or just exploring the area.
I am a male student from Canada studying 2nd year Dentistry at Griffith Uni. Looking for a room with my own bathroom, walking distance to the tram station and possible car parking. Looking from July 8th, 2018 till the end of school year, end of October or mid November 2018. Might consider extending to next year, depending on a place. Cheers, Dal
I'm a clean, neat & bubbly but mature individual, who enjoys socialising with friends on the weekend, I work in the Property Industry full time and I really like what I do, I'd love to move into a place long term and somewhere that feels like a home not just a houseshare. I'd like to live with like minded easy going people in their 20's or 30's. I respect other peoples property and I would like to get to know my housemates and treat them like friends so we can feel comfortable with each other. I can also be quiet at times as I am studying while working so I do have to concentrate and be organised. I also have items that I can contribute to the household if need be. I do also really enjoy my downtime as my days at work can be hectic, so I would like to come home and just chill out sometimes. I love to have a wine or a cider every now and then, especially after a big week of work. I enjoy my early morning walks, trying new cafes & restaurants and going out on the jet ski or boating with friends and family. If you think I'd be a good housemate & fit in well, feel free to message me :)
I am a tidy and quiet person, can be sociable and polite person to talk to. I am a gymnastics coach at GCGC (Gold Coast Gymnastics Club) so i'm an active person. Originally from New Zealand, been in Gold Coast since January this year. I enjoy keeping active, listening to music and having alone time to relax after work. If you would like to get in contact with me, please message or text me. As I don't often answer unknown numbers. Thanks
Hey future housemates! I have been sharehousing for the last 7yrs whilst living in Canberra. Iam very considerate and clean. I understand privacy and space but also like to know who Iam living with. Iam a great cook and I don’t mind a drink or two on a weekend. I love fitness and am looking for people to share that with. Obviously new to QLD I’ll need a good guide to show me round my new city! I have a full time job (banking) mon-fri and occasionally sat. I’d prefer to be out and about in my free time but sometimes like to bum around home. Not a smoker or am I bringing pets, just me and a few suitcases for my next adventure so a furnished room/own bathroom would be ideal (:
