Hi there,

I'm Sam - a 28 year-old guy moving from Melbourne to GC for full-time studies to facilitate a pivot in career trajectory.

I’m a clean, organised and tidy person by nature and have experience sharing living arrangements with other housemates as well experience living independently in my own apartment which I’ve recently renovated.

I’m on the hunt for a property with its own ensuite bathroom as a minimum requirement. Close to the beach is also bonus!

I’m a social guy, friendly and outgoing by default and enjoy a social drink or get together where applicable. I’m seeking aligned housemates to cohabitate with in a friendly household where I can focus on my academic pursuits at Bond University in 2026.
