Hi there,

I'm Sam - a 28 year-old guy moving back to Melbourne from the GC.

I’m a clean, organised and tidy person by nature and have experience sharing living arrangements with other housemates as well experience living independently in my own apartment which I’ve recently renovated.

I’m on the hunt for a property with its own ensuite bathroom as a minimum requirement.

I’m a social guy, friendly and outgoing by default and enjoy a social drink or get together where applicable. I’m seeking aligned housemates to cohabitate with in a friendly household where I can focus on my academic and work pursuits.
