To give abit of background on myself, I am in my late twenties and have taken a career break from London working in the fashion industry to come over on a WH visa and experience life in Oz, good people and beautiful landscapes. I’m not really a party girl and prefer dinner and drinks (good wine) with friends or a good Netflix series (if it’s cold outside). Having lived on my own in London I am clean, tidy and respectful of my surroundings and enjoy living with like minded people. I’m looking for a private furnished room in a shared house for myself from December 1st until end of January.
Planning to move to Melbourne in 2020 for university. I am a quiet and easy going person. It would be ideal to have my own room, where I am able to bring some of my own stuff with me. I would also be interested in teaming-up with any other people looking in the same areas or surrounding areas.
I'm a Manan and currently living and working full time as a Civil engineer in Hobart (Tassie), I will be moving to Melbourne in late December or early January and will working with the same company in Melbourne CBD. I'll be starting work on Monday January 6th so will be looking to move in the week before that. I am looking for a place to live in Melbourne or surrounding suburbs in a shared house or even looking to team up to find somewhere new. I have experience in share house living, having spent the last year in a share house in Hobart. I enjoy keeping fit and active, and also enjoy socialising and having a few drinks on the weekend too. When not working, I enjoy going to the beach and playing sports.
Currently looking for a room to rent I work long hours every weekend managing a nightclub bar so I come home early hours of the morning Friday to Monday and leave around 8pm on those nights. Tuesday - Friday I work full time hours also. I’m super Chill and a proper respectful legend of a housemate to have. I love a chat and a wine and would like to live with someone that doesn’t feel like an awkward stranger. Im not looking for a party house but with the hours i work on weekends, whoever i end up living with would need to be cool with that shoot me a message if you feel as though we would get along and arrange a time and day to meet xx
Scottish lad just finished a road trip with 2 mates & looking for a flat in Melbourne to settle down for the rest of our year visa. We like to go out on the weekends & would enjoy the company of other backpackers or Aussies to chill with. We're massive football (soccer) fans so would love to go to Melbourne Victory games if anyone's interested. Cheers!!
I am moving to Melbourne from Canberra as I have just moved jobs. I work in the Life Coaching industry. I am originally from India but have lived in Australia for 8 years. I am a very neat and tidy person and hope the same from anyone I share accommodation with. I respect private space but am always up for a chat or do any activities together time permitting. I enjoy outdoor activities a lot.
I'm neat and tidy and looking for a place to live closer to work. I work full time and I'm very respectful and responsible.
I'm easy going and enjoy cooking. I have class in the morning on Mon-Fri. And work as part time jobalso. Might back home late in the day I have to work but not more than midnight. Prefer foreign housemates that we can exchange culture and share our stories.
My name is Gabi, I am 29 years old - 30 soon and I live at home with my parents. Currently looking to move out to find some independence but also meet new people. I am both introverted & extroverted (apparently it's called an "ambivert") because I love to chill by myself - whether that be reading a book, listening to music or watching TV but then I also love being around people, sharing stories and having some fun banter. I have my full licence and a car & currently work Full-Time (7:30AM-4PM) in Sales for a wholesaling company - I have been with this company for three years. I love dogs but I also have a soft spot for cats so I am happy with living with animals. I'm a very organised person, clean but sometimes on rare occasions... messy (clothes on the floor is my weakness apparently). I am very respectful to peoples privacy & especially to their belongings. I do not party (in terms of 'out all night' or having people over all the time) - on occasion I love to have a drink, I am also a smoker but more socially than anything. There are many more positive attributes that would make me an ideal roommate :)
