Hi everyone! My name is Paulina. I am 24 years old fresh Economics graduate from Poland. I am coming to Melbourne in November as I got Work and Holiday visa. My plan is to stay there up to a year, working, meeting new people, overally having fun and gathering good experience. It would be awesome to share a space with friendly people around my age, as I am easygoing, positive, sociable person. But at the same time, I respect my own and others' space. As for my spare time - I love music, enjoy watching good series (compulsively), doing sports and hanging out with friends. What I'm seeking to is a single room in a tidy sharehouse or an apartment with 2-3 flatmates at most. Available from 24th Novmeber. I prefer rather female or mixed company. My preferable rent duration is 1 month at least, up to 6 months, generally flexible, according to how it's gonna work. If you feel that we could get along well living together, please feel free to contact me!

Hey, I am from Indonesia, going to take postgrad study at Melbourne Business School in January 2017. I participated in few international exchanges prior the study, so living and interacting with people with different nationalities would not be hard for me. Moreover, I like to socialize and spend time outside the accommodation and explore the city. I do sport on my spare time, and I am a tidy person. Looking forward to get your message!
My name seems a good place to start so my names Lewis and I'm from Scotland. Been traveling for the past 6 months through America and SE Asia, recently arrived in Australia and looking for a place to stay in Melbourne. I'm a 3rd year student studying audio technology, but I've put that on hold whilst I travel. I've worked in a number of cocktail bars and have spent the past 3 summers teaching sailing at a summer camp in NY. Love watching and playing rugby and hanging out with new people over a beer. I'm super easy to get along with and love getting to meet new people.
Hi! My name is Maria and I'm a 23 year old girl from Spain. I just finished my studies in Marketing and market research in Spain and now want to travel around Australia. I'm in Australia on a Student visa and planning to spend the following months in the awesome city of Melbourne. I'm looking for a private single room close to the city (Fitzroy, Carlton, Brunswick…), and i will stay there for 9 months. I'm a responsible, clean, open-minded and an easy-going person. Hey! My name is Erin and my boyfriend, David, and I are moving from Scotland to Melbourne on the 23rd of February to start our big Australian adventure! We are looking for a place to call our home for our first month in the city, while we explore and find jobs and a long-term apartment to stay in. We are both very clean and respectable people who have lived in flatshares and shared rentals for 10 years. We would prefer our own space, either a studio flat or 1 bedroom but we would be happy to share with the right people! I work as a graphic designer and fashion buyer and David works in technology marketing. We enjoy all things outdoors, exploring new places, travelling, stuffing our faces with delicious food (which I hear Melbourne has lots of!), binge watching tv series, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family. If you have a space you think would be suited to us, please get in touch! Looking forward to hearing from you, Erin
Busy professional I manage a health club and do lots of bits and pieces on the side. Into fitness, gym and cross fit. Enjoys a drink, jazz, film and brunch. :) I'm looking for a share place with own bathroom and parking of some sort. Have shared before for a long time and looking to have something more central.
I'm a 26 yo female one year away from completing my degree in medicine at Melbourne Uni. I'm originally from Sydney. I enjoy being a good companion for my housemates if needed but am also happy in solitude :) I've been share housing since I started uni 8 years ago so I feel like I've got a grasp on this sort of thing and won't be terrible to live with! I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and binge watching Netflix especially when I have upcoming exams. I love wine and cheese nights. I am also super clean because I find it therapeutic but am highly tolerant if others aren't so much :) My lease ends Dec 11 so finding somewhere before then would be ideal!
Professional, Clean, Quite, Safe and very Reliable. Hi, I am looking for a place to call home for the long term. I have my family that live in Hillside and I need to stay close to them. I work late nights so I prefer a place that is quite during the day and everyone that lives there will respect others needs. I also run a Life Coaching business from home. I am more than happy to help out my fellow housemates if and when they need it. You will find that I clean my dishes right away, I am very friendly and sociable yet keep to myself often. I know how to get along in a team environment while communicating clearly to minimize miscommunications.

I'm an engineer relocating from Newcastle for work. I like the outdoors and I'm generally quite active during the week with a variety of sports usually followed by a nice meal or craft beer :) At home I like to occasionally cook something new, play a bit of guitar or just have a chat. I like to think that I'm trustworthy, easy going and tend to equal other people's efforts. Looking to share with similar people who are active and sociable, but also respect each other's space and privacy.

Hey! I'm looking for a home to dream at night. My current housemate and friend is moving to London. so I am now looking to share my condiments and beers with some new pals. Due to recently turning old (30), I find myself on the lookout for somewhere somewhat "adult", but also chill and affordable. Natural light, space, plants, semi-organised – you know. Ideally looking to share with 2/3 others in a cute house with a yard for Summer ahhhhs. Fitzroy North, Northcote and Clifton Hill are in my heart zone. Would also consider Fitzroy, Carlton or North Melb. Open to teaming up for a new lease too. I'm from Melbourne originally and I spend my days working on graphic design projects. I’m into kind people, happy gatherings, checking out galleries and gigs, bike riding, fun fitness, cooking, travel… the pursuit of a balanced lifestyle in general. Currently working from a studio in the CBD and as a contractor for a few different companies. Varied routine, but can assure reliability when it comes to paying rent on time and being a considerate, clean and easy going housemate. Always up for hangs and am equally mindful of sharing the space and respecting down time. I come with a washing machine (if needed), plant babes and a friendly as tude. Looking forward to meeting you. Lauren
My name is Miranda, 28 and work full time in toorak for a plastic surgeon. I'm easy going, fun, clean and prompt with payment of bills and rent. Hi , I am an Indian guy , looking for a private room from early November , I prefer living in northern or western suburbs and close to public transport , currently living in Coburg, thanks Ravinder
I am a consistent person, which means I don't fail on the rent and I don't flake on plans with other tenants (if any) I'm clean and tidy, I especially love a clean kitchen and like to keep my stuff neat to avoid undue stress in a household as the kitchen is the most shared place in a house. I love talking to people and hanging out but I also understand the need for space, and I myself enjoy my privacy and quiet time. I believe I'm a responsible housemate and encourage open communication between all tenants to make sure everybody is happy with living arrangements. I have a membership for a gym but don't go as often as I should be, I'm trying to eat healthier and eat less halal snack packs and maccas, I study Environmental Science, International Relations and Professional and Creative Writing and am really excited for Summer and going to the beach. On a quiet night I enjoy playing a couple video games here and there but work mostly nights at Hoyts at the moment. And that's me! I'm open to more of a chat to see if I'm a good fit for you so hit me up :)

Im a 26 year old digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for health and fitness! I work full time, and am clean, fun, and always down for a chat. I like the occasional wine and getting dressed up but by no means a party animal. I am a north queensland girl born and bred and used to the heat and humidity so moving to melbourne is definately going to put my wardrobe to the test. Being the eldest in a family of 9, i am very patient, used to sharing a bathroom and being considerate of other people's space. I don't mind living with males or females and am looking forward to getting set up on a long term basis
Hello there. My names Roberto I'm a 25 year old Barber from England and I've just recently moved to Melbourne and I'm working full time in Prahran. I'd say I'm a pretty easy going person. I'm always keen to meet new people and go out every now and then, but also like my own company from time to time aswell. Like most people I guess. I'm a tidy person and like to keep up things in order but not one of these OCD neat freaks, I don't think I could live with someone like that. Preferably looking for young like minded, easy going flat mates. Feel free to drop me a message if you'd like to know more Cheers

Hi we are Rachael and Shannon (intern psychologist and a site manager). We would like to team up with someone to find a 3 bedroom home that we will fully furnish and rent out the 2nd room to you. We would like to leave our 3rd room as a spare/office. Our preferred budget is $450 up to $500 max. So your room may cost anywhere between $200-250. And we would like for you to help us in the searching & application process so that we can all move in at the same time. Will will first apply for a 6 month lease in case we are not happy with the house or area. But the idea is for it to be long term for us & hopefully you! Rachael is a psychology intern and works long days 4 days per week. Shannon is often out of town every second weekend. We lead a fairly busy lifestyle between work, gym and our family/friends living out of town. We are a respectful, friendly, easy going couple who pride ourselves in being neat and tidy & never a hastle to live with. We enjoy going to gym, markets, cafes, the occasional night out or just relaxing. We are looking for someone who can have a chat, a laugh & share the occasional catch up when we are all in the home. And importantly to Rachael a housemate who will keep the shared areas in the home clean, neat & tidy. Importantly to Shannon who works long hours someone who is considerate and respectful of others when it comes to noise levels. We will be looking for a 3 bedroom, preferably 2 bathroom home with a double lock up garage (but that will be for Shannon & my cars only sorry). If you think you would like to team up to find a place with us please send a message!

Hello! I'm Dani, a 23 year old Australian female who is looking for a share house to call home for 6 months–1 year. I have good rental history :) I am just about to finish my Masters of Communication Design, I freelance and I work part time at coles, which means I will be looking for new full time work over the holidays and into the next year. I am looking for friendly people who love to learn, laugh and explore. I like listening to podcasts, enjoying film, art, music, going out for a dance, and general banter. I am progressive, LBGTI friendly and come with one extremely cute cat, called Ned. Looking forward to meeting you?!?!?
Moving to Melbourne from Queensland to take up a position with CPB Contractors as a contract administrator. I can cook, clean, am resectful and responsible. I enjoy queit times and socialising. I am also a qualified carpenter who like to play the guitar.
From near Liverpool, UK. Originally came here as a backpacker, but recently sponsored to work full time as a Front End Developer (fancy job title for someone who builds websites). Currently living in Werribee and working in Mulgrave - so hoping to cut that commute down by more than half. I work hard, but don't mind enjoying myself at the weekend with a few beers. I have a terrible coffee habit, which is convenient for me to live in Melbourne. Love snowboarding. Scuba diving. Playing guitar badly (don't worry, the guitar is back in England). Listening to music (Foo Fighters, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, John Butler Trio, Doves, Jack White, The Beatles). Watching TV (Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Parks and Recreation, Rick and Morty) and Films (Into the Wild, America Beauty, Batman, Inception, Interstellar etc). Hoping to get straight back into a gym routine once I've settled, so looking forward to that. I'm clean and tidy, so you won't have to worry about living in mess. Love exploring new places, eating at new restaurants and working my way around the many cafes of Melbourne. I'm sociable and outgoing, but also enjoy my own space every now and again. Hoping to find a flat share with like-minded people.
Hi, I am a 25 year old, looking for an unfurnished room, not to fussed about distance but preferably near a train station or tram. I am a very clean and tidy housemate. I love to explore Melbourne, and enjoy socialising. I have lived in previous share houses and am exited to find a new place and make new friends. Thanks :)
I'm a Single Guy Moving down to the city from the country. Im needing a place to stay for around 4 months or possibly more. Need to find some accomodation soon, somewhere in the SE suburbs Somewhere close to St Kilda-ish. I'm a very tidy and sociable person, love a chat and a chicken parmy, I go to the gym and love fishing and a drink. I'm 27, just moved back to Melbourne after 2 years in London (originally from NZ). Looking for a sweet new flat, with some cool, fun, down to earth peeps who can share some dins and drinks with from time to time. Either in an existing flateshsre or open to buddying up and getting a place with someone. I work full time in the city so pretty chilled during the week but like to get out and about in the weekend :)
Hi I'm Matt and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'm a chilled and easy going guy, I don't mind a chat over coffee and also like my quiet time too. I can cook and clean and am neat and tidy. I am working in Finance full time in the CBD. Most of my spare time is spent at the gym, playing soccer, and catching up with friends.
My partner and I are two dorky queers who would love a house with other LGBT+ individuals, or those with similar interests. We are LARPers (Live Action Role Play), sex positive, love animals and are pretty damn nerdy. We are both working casual/part time jobs but are actively seeking full time employment. We are crafty, love video games and quite sociable. We are not huge party people but don't mind the occasional gathering with drinks. We have no problems with smokers. We are both from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and due to our work would prefer to stay here. As housemates we're very respectful and open. We will let you know if we are having people over or going away, communication is essential for us. We keep communal areas tidy and are very helpful around the house. Please let us know if you have any questions, we're very open and honest and would be happy to answer. :)
I work, sleep, clean and cook good food. I'm bubbly but enjoy my own space and giving it to others, and like open communication in a household - nothing anyone says ever offends me and I try and be a respectful housemate and adhere to others needs and wants.
I am from Melbourne and Vince grew up in Colorado, USA but has been in Australia for the past 6 years. I work as an early childhood teacher and I am currently finishing my masters in teaching. Vince works for a non-for-profit educational theater company as well as working on a startup which helps people use smart meter data to find the best energy solution for them. We love to cook, brew, garden, we are into sustainable living and enjoy hanging out with friends and family
I am an apprentice motorsport mechanic so I would be away almost every second week for work. I am quiet and keep to myself, but do enjoy a good bbq every now and then. Looking for a place where I will have space in a fridge and not too many rules.
Needing to find temporary accommodation for myself and my 2 kids (7yo girl and 15 yo boy) - they attend local schools so I need to stay in the area (Clarinda/clayton south) but am willing to move a bit out as I can drive them to school. Nonetheless, I am a university student who is on the cusp of graduating, just waiting for my results actually.. I am currently looking for a home to rent, but there isn't really anything suitable at this stage, and I need to leave where I am staying ASAP, hence me looking in the flat mates classifications to see if there's anything temporary. I have quite a lot of furniture and a JetSki (however I will be putting this into storage) which is giving me trouble to find the right property, otherwise I'd move into the next available house for rent. I am also clean and fussy, most houses seem to be dumping places for people's rubbish which is offputting, I don't know how people can rent and then leave the property like a tip and then the agencies expect that it's good enough! So I will be taking my time to find the right place, but I will also endeavour to find the right place ASAP.
I am a young professional who is seeking a room at a house somewhere in the eastern suburbs. I consider myself to be a quiet, independent person who is easy to live with. I like to keep active during the week and play various sports on the weekends, but I still like some downtime to relax and have a beer or two. If you feel as if I am the right fit for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. Hope to speak soon!
Hi there, I'm Skye I am a down to earth conscious being who enjoys spending time with nature, doing Pilates, travelling, socializing and spending quality time with myself and good friends. I am seeking a place to call home, a place where I can come to rest and to just be me, I would really love to live with fellow people with whom are conscious and seek to better them selves and our world in some unique way, what ever that may be. I enjoy spending time alone in my home space as I am quite busy and full on out of home, but I would also love to be able to share communal activity's and meals when suits with my fellow housemates, I want a warm welcoming, relaxed family vibe for myself and for all with whom I live with :D
22 year old masseuse looking for a place to put my stuff while I spend majority of my time at my boyfriends house. I am an organized, openminded and easy going girl looking for a room around Bentleigh/Mckinnon/Caulfield area
I'm generally fairly quiet and keep to myself, particularly during the working week, that's not to say I'm anti social, I'm quite approachable and enjoy a chat or two. I also enjoy cooking, so you'll see me in the kitchen a lot. I'm all about clean and tidy and spending my days off relaxing at home or out and about with mates.
While transitioning (bolstering my financial situation) from a charity I set up I experienced shared house living and have found it to be both enjoyable and good for all involved when the conditions are right. Circumstance has me looking for a new shared environment so here I am. Oh yes - I believe in leaving spaces I visit cleaner than I found them and do my best to 'pay rent & bills ahead of time' if possible. Love exercise - especially supping (stand up paddle boarding) on a small wave - and being around positive people.
