I've been a full time musician in London (where I'm from) for the last 2 years, while making songwriting trips to Nashville (USA). I heard some cool things about Melbourne, so I've booked a one-way ticket and I'm here to see what the city has to offer. I'm very easy-going, up for hanging out or happy doing my own thing. I read a lot, I tend to learn languages as a hobby, I've got an MA in Music Business, I'm pretty good at cooking and I'm an optimist :)
Hello ! I think that live with me in my friend Frank isn’t a problem ! Why ? Because we can adapt our personality with everyone ! If you need an ambiance funny we can ! We are very sociable and peace. But we can also be quiet and serious. To tell the truth we are more serious. We come in Australia from Paris to work hard and earn money. So we won’t be in the flat a lot. Most of the time to sleep ! Why not become friends and hang out together during our days-off ! About the property we already have an apartment in Paris together and we are very clean. We hate live like pigs lol so no worries about that. Mostly we prefere eat outside than cook. You know everything about us now !
I'm an actor/singer from Perth and just moved to Melbourne. I'm fun, easy going and friendly. I love singing, acting, watching movies, netflix, travelling, and hanging out with friends. Hoping to find a place close to the city or somewhere close to public transport.
I'm an enthusiastic, humoristic and sporty Dutch guy, coming to Australia to work and travel. Fun is guaranteed, but I'm also tidy and very open to deeper conversations. Always eager to get to know more (about) people. I'm 27, working for 2 years now at Decathlon, which is a big sports store coming to Melbourne now. After getting my Master's degree in Work & Organisational Psychology, I went backpacking in South-East Asia and now I'm back at it again: I love travelling around the world. Will stay in Melbourne for at least 3 months, with a possible extension of another 3 months. I'm looking for a room/shared apartment somewhere between Melbourne CBD and the suburb Knoxfield, since I'll be working there for the first 3 months at least. Close to public transport would be nice. I will arrive the 26th of October.
Hey future housemates, My name is Richard, working full time in the health and beauty industry. I am looking for a room to rent as my rental is ending January 2019. I thought it would be good to start looking for my next place where i can call it home as early as possible. Nothing set yet, but if you have a room for rent around that time, you are welcome to give me a text. PS: Please message instead of call! I will reply your text in my earliest convenience. I am clean and sociable. Prefer quiet night and home cook meals. I love to have a drink or two with my friends occasionally. Loves dogs, beaches and sun. If you need more information about me, please give me a text! Thanks.
Hi, this is Pichamon or Mickey (for the nickname), from Thailand. I am a Master's degree in Law student at the University of Melbourne. I am quite jolly and easy to become friends with new people. Typically, I enjoy a conversation on topics like music, movies, arts, technology, and even about life in general. I also like to stroll in the city, visit different cafes, and take a walk in the park in my free time. Looking for a house with friendly, quiet, and relaxed atmosphere and definitely not looking for a party house. If you are looking for a flatmate who is respectful, not a party animal kind of person, yet still fun to be around, please contact me. I'll be happy to hear from you :-) * Looking for a place to stay for 6 to 8 months * Private room only
My name is Hyun, like HYUNDAI but without DAI at the end ;-) I’m a former hotel housekeeper and renovator..., very handy around a house. I'm respectful, sociable, tidy, independent and well rounded. Looking for a temporary place to stay for 5 weeks until I can move into my new apartment in Preston.
Hey My name is Priyanka from India. I am looking for accommodation in Burwood, near Deakin University. I am an extrovert, loves to party, going out and socializing. But most of my time will be spent in studying. I love animals, volunteer at animal shelter, hope to do the same in future too. I do not smoke and have no problem with roommate or flatmate who smoke. I love to write, travel solo and dance. I am looking for a cool and friendly environment.
Hello! I am looking to live in a share house. It is important to me that this is a quiet house as I will be entering Honours next year. I also would prefer a desk to be able to fit in the bedroom or a place where I can study undisturbed. I would also like for there to be a BIR if possible. In a perfect world, I would love for an ensuite/own bathroom and some form of air con in the room. I am a social being and I would like to live with people who aren't scared to have a chat. Looking to hopefully bring along my ginger cat.
L pay on time clean up after myself and don't mind helping out with chores about the house. As seen in pic, there's myself and dog, he loves everyone good with other dogs, 22 month old ultimate mastiff that is very friendly and will protect all in the household. 72 kg bottle fed baby. Well there's us and we get along well with people, except unreasonable psychotic behavior. As is the reason for relocation, have a new front loader washer and a good mower and don't mind mowing either. Plz contact us if you have something that would be suitable thanks Greg n angus
Hey there, Firstly, I'd like to start by saying that I have a dog. Her name is Oakey and she is a Golden Retriever Labrador cross. She is 3 years old. She is my entire world. Oakley loves people and wants to be everyone's friend. Oakley is an outside dog, so she requires a secure backyard. Although, she needs some space, the property doesn't have to be huge as I take her for a big walk everyday. I understand that having a dog puts me at a great disadvantage as not everyone likes dogs and there are a lot of properties that aren't dog friendly, but i'm hoping there are people out there who don't mind the furry companionship! So, about me - I'm currently looking to share house with 1 or 2 others of a similar age to me. I work full time in Lilydale (shift work - I know...another disadvantage!) and am looking to move a little bit closer without being too close. I'm not in any great hurry, however i'd prefer to move before the weather starts getting too hot as the house i'm currently in doesn't have air conditioning. My interests include going to the gym, cooking and baking. I like to get out and about and visit cafes and restaurants and take Oakley on big walks and adventures. I'm originally from Gippsland and my family are still there, so Oakley and I occasionally go on road trips. Hoping to hear from like minded people soon. Ashlee
I'm a Canadian living and working in Australia for a gap-year before going back to school to do a masters in Occupational Therapy. Would prefer female room mates or a couple. Im likely to stay a few months but would prefer a short term commitment, 2-3 months+, as my plans may change (will give ample notice before moving out). I'm very social and easy-going, describe myself as an "extroverted introvert" as I love being out with others but do enjoy my alone time as well. I'm happy to share dinner or a glass of wine on a Friday night but do like to get out into the city with friends often so I may not always be around! I'm happy to meet for a coffee or a beer to chat or am available for a quick phone call to set up a viewing.
We are a quiet student couple, we like to share with other people but have privacy, we like sports and watch movies at home. We are learning English and we like to learn by making some friends.
Hey all, I have lived in share situations for many years now so I get how it works. I’m 27 and I like a clean environment but not ocd about it. Somewhere with reasonable access to a train station/ Frankston line. Annabel
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane for work and looking to find a good place to live with an awesome housemate or two. I'm pretty flexible with move dates but looking between now and end of Nov. I'm looking to find a nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom place and I'm happy to pay between 250-350 a week. Ideally I'm looking to have the master room with an ensuite and I'm happy to pay a higher portion of the rent for it, I also don't have a car so wouldn't need a car space. (Not completely against sharing a larger place with 2 roomies if the right deal comes along). I have furniture in storage and have enough to fully furnish the house. I'm a full time mon-fri worker in insurance, located in Brighton. I'm quite clean and prefer a comfortable but tidy household. Im generally pretty quiet and and a bit of an introvert during the week but do enjoy to be social and like to get out and about and also have friends over for dinner or drinks intermittently. Hoping to find someone similiar, who can be social but also enjoys having downtime. Also LGBT+ friendly is a must. Hit me up if you've got a place that suits or keen on teaming up and finding a place!
Hi! My name is Anthony, i'm from Greece and i'm nearly 30 years old. I'm working full time and i have a small side business. I respect every person's privacy and try to keep noise down during quiet time. Neat and tidy man! I enjoy relaxing at the living room or backyard with friends or listening to music, also in my free time i'll go to the gym.
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Perth and am looking for a fun place to live! I'm 28, working full time as a facade engineer and easy going. Only came here with some boxes of clothes and a motorbike so I prefer being outdoors in my spare time either at the gym, hiking or reading. Would like to check out places in Melbourne and see what's good out there. Looking for like minded hassle free people, would prefer a place for a minimum of 6 months. 😊
We are an Irisb couple exploring Australia on a working visa. We are clean, respectful and friendly. If you like learning new things we can teach you cupla focal as gaeilge (that means a few words in Irish) We are not party people but like going out for a couple of drinks occassionally We also like watching horror and thriller movies. We make a great cup of tea. We really need to find accommodation soon so please help us out !
Hey I'm 22 years old and have lived in share accommodation for around 2 years. I'm quite low maintenance and love a good party but require quite a bit if down time just like everyone else. I'd like to live with people of the same speed! Whilst I'm happy to clean up and lend a helping hand to a busy housemate, I'd like those who I live with to be as independent as I am. Hit me up if you think we'd make a good match I'll make some mojitos xx
