I’m a very funny Spaniard, who will always try to get a smile of you. I am arriving in Melbourne around mid-September, with a work and holiday visa, however I am looking to get a bit of stability and stay in Melbourne as long as I can trying to expand my skills in the creative area, photography and design in particular. I am looking for a room or a flat to share for October or 30th Sept. I am funny and easy to life with. I love photography, music and art. I am also curious and a natural explorer with a big passion for living and trying new things. People say I’m an outside of the box thinker, however I can also think inside of it, or even not at all! I am very flexible and adaptable, I have lived in Spain, Germany and England always sharing flats with a lot of amazing people from different backgrounds and cultures. For me as long as you have a good heart we will get along very well ☺️ and speak all three languages pretty well too! I value excitement as well as tranquility. Mm.. more about me.. oh! Empathy and perspective are key values to me who have shaped the way I am.
We are a young couple who are both currently working and studying. Emily will soon be finishing her double degree in Arts and Music and Nick is studying Architecture and Construction Management. Emily works at Cancer Council Victoria and has a retail job on the side, Nick works at IKEA part time and can hook you up with a sweet IKEA discount for any extra things you need around the house. We both work and/or go to uni most days so we will be coming and going a lot. We are both friendly and sociable but like to have time to ourselves as well. We like to cook, go out for brunch, we love dogs (though we don't have a pet) and we are both tidy and reliable housemates. Nick has been living in share-houses for 2 years.
Hi! I am Evy, 22 years old, from the Netherlands. I study Neuroscience and from January I will be doing a 6 month fulltime research internship at the University of Melbourne. I am looking for a place with people that like to explore places in Melbourne (with me!), and also like to watch Netflix and drink tea after a long day of work. I love hanging out in parks to chat and drink, and I like running, going to the gym, cooking and writing (either blogs on my own website or poetry). This will be my first time in Australia, so I would love to have a home with people that I could call my friends.
Work as a Chemical and Process Engineer in the city at a consultancy. Recently moved here from New Zealand and am a very friendly and active individual. Looking for a nice tidy home to join with some good people. Can respect privacy if a house mate is wanting to relax, but also outgoing and love a beer. Feel free to flick me a message if you think I sound right to join you 😊
My name is Laura. I'm 36 yo, originally from Spain and since December last year PR in Australia. I have lived in a number of places around the world and I've really enjoyed living in previous households where we can come together and share meals, have a laugh, enjoy each others company but at the same time be considerate of each others space and belongings. I'm looking to share a respectful, clean and tidy home. If possible with people who enjoy creativity, travel, good food, wine, cycling and the mountains I'd get along very well with. I work full-time in the CBD and my work hours are a standard 9am-5:30pm unless I have a deadline that will have me working through the evening. I love to socialise and go out for dinner, drinks or simply to explore the suburbs but I also like quiet time on my own to unwind (not a big fan of watching TV)
Hospitality and travel lifestyle, super clean and friendly, I’ve lived in plenty of share houses before. Will cook and make cocktails when I’m at home I’m moving back to Melbourne for semi long term. Looking for a fantastic room in CBD. I will probably be out and about most of the time. Very social and it going but can chill from time to time. I want room mates who can actually interact with each other as friends and enjoy a drink or a meal here and there but can respect each other’s privacy aswell.
