Hey! my name is Brendan, 29y from Ireland and just relocated to Melbourne to start a new Engineering job, after spending the last few months up in Byron bay.

Ideally looking for a social house where everyone gets on, good chats and the odd shared dinner.
I am a considerate housemate, like to keep the place clean and respect quiet time in the evenings during the week but always up for a beer on the weekend :)
In my spare time, I like to run, go bouldering, hiking, surfing.

I have my own car so ideally somewhere with parking or permit available nearby would be great but not completely necessary. My work will be based in Richmond so ideally looking for somewhere within cycling or short public transport distance.
