I’m Michael (29M). I’ve just started a job as a Support Coordinator I am looking for a clean, respectful, and quiet sharehouse environment in the Epping, Bundoora, or nearby northern suburbs. I require a private room starting ideally around mid-February 2026. I keep to myself, highly reliable, and disciplined housemate who is focused on my career and personal goals I am fully employed with a stable income and will always pay rent and bills on time.

Work/Life Balance: I primarily work from home (WFH) as a Support Coordinator during the week, which means I need quiet space for documentation and online meetings. I also take local support shifts on weekends.

Discipline and Cleanliness: I maintain a strict diet and fitness schedule. I am very organised, tidy, and responsible. I value my personal time but am always happy to share space and contribute to a clean home.

Hobbies: I am a keen movie fan and a trained musician.

What I’m Looking For
I am looking for a maximum of one or two respectful housemates who also value a clean, calm living environment.

Must-Have: A private bathroom or ensuite is preferred

Environment: A quiet house is necessary for my WFH schedule as I will be making calls during the day. I am respectful of others’ space and expect the same in return.

Cost: Looking to pay up to $230-300 per week (all-inclusive preferred, depending on the setup).
