Dianne and Alan

Looking for house to rent or share in Brisbane North. Me and my friend Alan are mature folks who have been friends, business partners and house mates for many years. We are not a "couple", require our own bedrooms/spaces and have our own interests etc.

Alan works in Brendale full time as an electronics technician and I am mostly "retired" and off travelling a lot of the time.

Team Up...

One or two more people could share a 4-5 brm house with some of those little luxuries we like... Such as aircon, great kitchen, multiple living areas, ample storage, trees or peaceful environment or even a pool.

I wonder if you might be interested in teaming up to find a suitable house that could offer us all an affordable lifestyle that provides spaces for our own time out, hobbies as well as comfortable sharing spaces ...

We are currently renting in Petrie and have been here for almost 5 years. The rent has increased twice in the last year and the house just isn't worth what we pay, so, time to move.

My thinking is that we should pay more, get a better place and share. We don't like drama, live quietly, have hobbies and are good folks.
