33 y/o male engineer working full-time in the mining sector, moving from Perth to Melbourne. I work Monday–Friday on-site (8-hour days) and also freelance as a professional photographer. Most weeknights I’m at the gym or Muay Thai, gaming, or editing photos, and weekends are a mix of housework, exploring the city and chasing good food.

Super clean, tidy and organised, quiet and respectful. Non-smoker, social drinker, animal lover and very good with pets.

I’m looking for a fully furnished room in the western suburbs (Laverton / Tarneit area or thereabouts) with a double bed, desk, ensuite and a walk-in robe or large wardrobe, plus off-street parking for one car. Short-term stay (up to ~3 months) from mid–late January while I sort out something more permanent.

Prefer a calm, tidy household that can still be a bit social. I’m multicultural, LGBTQ+ friendly and always pay rent and bills on time (often in advance).
