Hello folks!

I'll tell you a bit about myself so you can know what sort of person I am : )

I have a cheerful outlook on life. Kindness and consideration for others is part of my makeup. I have a keen sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh, including at myself.

I have a large helping of common sense, and I take responsibility for my own shortcomings.

I know how to guide myself through life and I am emotionally self-sufficient. I keep in touch with old friends and family by phone. I have very few, if any, visitors (and never overnight).

I’m tidy, a minimalist, and practical. Sometimes untidy when I have deadlines.Cleanliness is important to me. I routinely clean the kitchen and bathroom whether it needs it or not. I have no furniture at this stage.

I’m a sensibly-health conscious person but still love an occasional coffee! I like walking for fitness and I love being in nature.

I pay my rent ahead of the due date and I am frugal with utility-use.

I am well-educated - James Cook Uni and Newcastle Uni, post grad.

I have an assured income as a pensioner - my income moves with me.
However, I would like to remove myself from the government pension.
So I am studying online on how to create an online business.

I always have my own internet data. My inernet provider may or may not provide a good connection in your area. I might need access to wifi.

I have a reference from my past landlady.
I am currently staying with friends.
