Hi i'm Nick!

I work full time in design during the week between Brookvale and Marrickville. Originally from South Australia, I moved to Sydney 7 years ago for work and fell in love with the beaches and lifestyle. I’m currently looking to find a new place in the Northern or Eastern beaches area’s to move into next month as my current roommate is moving back to the UK and I'm looking for a change of location. I am an active person who enjoys regularly getting out for a swim and surf and hangout with friends.

I'm out of the flat during the week for work and enjoy getting outdoors and catching up with friends on the weekends. During the week I'm around in the evenings and enjoy a catch up with my flatmate if they're around for a chat and a bit of tv. I keep a clean and tidy living space and also respect other peoples space and time to themselves.

I have made good friendships with flatmates living in 2 bedroom rentals over the last few years so value a good flatmate rapport. Good chats and laughs in an easy going environment.

I'm looking for a long term rental space so If think you we might work well together as flat mates give me a hola!
