I am looking for a future roommate to team up and look at rentals. My current lease ends on the start of January. I work in disability and in retail so my hours are a little all over the place, I work most weekends and have my actual weekend during the week. I'm very much a home body but try to be productive on my days off.

I have two birds that like to talk but I'm a fairly quiet and introverted person. I will be looking for a house with two rooms for myself (this can be discussed regarding rent). I would prefer a car space in the garage (if there is one).

I would like a housemate who is mature and can have an open line of communication. I am a clean person and I enjoy cleaning and taking care of my home and I'm hoping for someone similar.

I am in Logan Reserve currently and would like to stay around this area but I'm open to moving towards Ipswich.
