Looking to move ASAP.
I’m a 27-year-old trans femme person (they/them or she/her).
I like video games, reading, Dungeons & Dragons, anime, drawing and otherwise spending my time on the internet. I keep to myself mostly but am happy to join you for a movie or games night/shared meal and/or a chat. I prefer to work within the boundaries of the people I live with and be social based on those preferences.
I’m happy to contribute to house chores as much as I'm able to, and I have a car that makes grocery trips a breeze and I'm happy to give lifts as needed.
I also have an adorable 9-year-old cat named Zorro who is a very fluffy boi but a sucker for treats. Has lived with other pets in the past, is house trained and well behaved, though unfortunately he does not get along with other cats.
My budget is $250/wk not including bills ($280/wk including bills) but this is lightly flexible for the right place. (This budget is higher if I'd be living alone)
Due to disability, I cannot work. However:
I'm on the Disability Support Pension which is a steady and stable income source.
I have ensured the above budget is affordable with the income I have.
Ideally, I’d like to live in either the Geelong or Surf Coast areas (inc. surrounding areas). Looking for a 12 months or longer lease preferably. Could consider Melbourne but moving truck costs for that distance are rough.
I come with a couch, a desk, two wardrobes, dressers, and a queen-size bed, and other bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room would best suit me. I also come with a large, high quality fridge with attached freezer but that can be kept in a garage or shed if there's no room for it or such. Same with my top-loader washing machine, it can just be stored away if it's not required. If a room has a built-in wardrobe I could also store my spare wardrobes in a garage/shed too if they don't fit in the room.
