I am a 69 year old guy -chronologically speaking but much younger in mind and spirit.
I have a great sense of humour and always try to live life positively.

Can live anywhere as long as I have a bus or train nearby and not too far out of Newcastle

Need a furnished room-double, queen or king bed preferable.

Must be a quiet room as I am a very light sleeper
