Hi Cooroy to Kin Kin and surrounds.
My name is Troy. I’m a Cooroy Resident & looking for a Leafy, Stable, Peaceful, Respectful Living Space to call home from early January. I lead a healthy Organic / Considered lifestyle & am engaged in the local community in classes and work. I’m fully engaged in holistic study and my P/T Music Teaching business next year & looking for a Nurturing space to study and Ground that deep work in.

Whilst studying, I am looking for something on the cheaper side (around $250 a week). Some Exchange is possible, but not for physical work. I have some skills in web design, finance and music teaching.
What I’m looking for:
* Long term ideal, but open to options,
* Self Contained or ability to set up basic kitchen,
* nature based, with my own outdoor area,
* Somewhere to have a food garden, a few chooks, set up a small workshop
* Prefer being with people who are aware of the social/political agenda and who are also doing Embodiment / Awareness practice daily. 
* I have a trailer and a car and require somewhere safe to store them
* Maintaining a clear connection to the people I live around is important to me for mutual thriving and continutity of the arrangement, so clear and up front communication preferred at all times.
- I also have a friend who is looking and of similar values to myself so if there is a home up for rent, we would be interested in going in together.
