I’m Troy
I'm a long term Sunshine Coast Resident. I am recently 50, and consider myself a clean, respectful and easy going housemate. I meditate/Yoga & exercise daily, eat a clean diet and am trauma informed.

I’m Looking for a self contained space anywhere from Yandina to Kin Kin and surrounding hinterland areas. Would consider a house share with similarly aligned people of the room was quite private.

Preferably:
Bushy and on acreage or similar
private;
Quiet
With others who value a safe, nurturing, high vibe home space.
Somewhere I can grow some veges and herbs.

I don't have pets, but I miss having them around, so if you have some, I'll be happy to hand out pats and feed them if you go away.

I support people in the region as a teacher of native instruments for embodiment, maker of Bamboo Flutes, and some sound journey work.

I do some creating from home, but generally head out every day to network, etc, so I'm not always sitting at home.
I’m mostly engaged in my own process, however also enjoy chats and connecting with others and being part of a little home community. I am a decent cook and don't mind sharing a meal sometimes. Home space is a sanctuary for me and I value clear and open communication.

Can provide rental references as required.

Open to partial exchange for music lessons if that is desired.
