my name is Leslie Langmaid. im looking for a place where i can be kept to myself most of the time. do clean up after myself. please have a clear and specific cleaning regime [bathroom floors and dusting etc]. as i am not interested in finding out or doing it on the fly. be happy to add cleaners to the cost of rent if need be.

would like to have 3 months at first as to see if we are truely the right fit. then go for 6 months. if thats not able to happy to have 6 months still.

am employed as team member for convenience store. also do some self-employed activities. am a night person as my shifts are mostly graveyard hours 10pm-5am.

noise isnt a problem for me. i have youtube playing when im asleep and have lived in places that were almost next to a mjor highways. just typical levels like no screaming. or loud banging without prior warning. cause ik maintenance does need to get done. loud music is all good at times. just not everyday.

been considered well articulated and conversational. open to casual conversations. can talk about games [i dont play them but do like talking about the lastest updates]. gardening and other hobbies. events. and general tea.

do like going out for dinner sometimes. i dont drink. love candy and desserts. designing some clothing. [going to sell some shirts online at some point]. do watch youtube mostly as background and overly scroll through tiktok. listen to music on my headphones alot.
