Hi everyone! I’m looking for a room in a friendly, established share house on the Sunshine Coast.

A bit about me: I’m a PhD student and also work part-time as a relief teacher. Having lived in share houses before, I’m clean, considerate, independent, and reliable. I’m usually fairly busy with my studies and work, but I always enjoy an occasional drink and a chat at the end of the day.

In my free time, I lead an active lifestyle—you’ll usually find me at the gym, cycling, hiking, or heading to the beach. I don't own a car (I get around everywhere by road bike) and I’m a non-smoker.

I’m flexible with my move-in date, ideally looking around early September.
