I am looking for a room in a friendly and established shared house. I am flexible with the move-in date, preferably around the end of March. I am currently pursuing my PhD and working part-time as a relief teacher. I consider myself an independent and reliable individual. I am easygoing, mature, and get along well with others. I do not smoke and am not a big fan of watching TV. I am very friendly, clean, and respectful of personal space. I enjoy having an occasional drink and chat when I am not busy with my reading. I lead an active lifestyle, which includes working out in the gym, cycling, hiking, and spending time at the beach.

Although I do not own a car, I need of a safe space for my road bike and several boxes of books and personal items. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
