I'm looking for a room in a friendly established shared house. I'm flexible with the date of moving in. I am doing my PhD and work part-time as a relief teacher. I'm an independent and reliable guy. I'm an easygoing, mature guy and easy to get along with. I don't smoke, and I'm not much of a TV person. I'm very friendly and clean and respectful of space. I enjoy an occasional gin and a chat when I am not busy doing my reading. I kind of an active lifestyle, including working out in the gym, cycling, hiking, and spent time on the beach.

I do not have a car, but I need a safe space for my road bike and several boxes of books and personal items. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
