Hi my name is Michael, I currently work full time where I have been employed for the last 10 years. I am very clean, well mannered and I love my peace and quiet. I do not smoke, I do not drink, and I don't have kids.

Ideally I prefer a 1 bedroom apartment/studio or somewhere where I can be by myself as i prefer my own private space. Im looking for a long term rental minimum 12 month stay at least.

I like to travel at least once per year, last time travelled was locally to Sydney in Feb this year and USA before that in May 2025, Malaysia/Singapore 2024, Japan/South Korea 2023, New Zealand 2018 and 2022. There isnt a lot in life that i like to do for "fun" perse but if something interests me at any moment im likely to attach myself to that until i get bored of it.

I love animals so dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs etc are all ok with me.

Please dont let my Flatmates 0% response rate scare you - the 2 times that i have been needing to use this site to find a rental in the past, i actually managed to source outside of flatmates and had a flood of messages from people looking for someone to rent with them etc in which i didnt see in order to reply to. As of 19/02/26 i am active and looking. If you message me now you are most likely to get a resonse but please be aware that i am sourcing a rental on all available flatforms like facebook, real estate.com and domain.com.au. I will update my profile if i am no longer looking.
